Jacqueline, Emma and Ronda are not only great trainers but also genuinely lovely people. The flexibility of the groups and classes has been a huge plus, and I was always able to bring my baby along whenever I needed to, which made all the difference. “I have had three RTT sessions with Fay about various issues. Prior to this, I had been struggling most of life (32 years old) with anxiety and depression as a result of trauma. I have been on antidepressants for over a decade and have tried various psychotherapies with limited results. I was skeptical about trying hypnosis but I also felt I had nothing left to lose. I’m so glad I tried RTT as the results and relief have been mind blowing. I used to suffer from a constant inner critic bullying me 24/7 and after one session that was gone. My second session focused on my constant state of anxiety due to repetitive rumination (literally non-stop!). Now, I no longer get stuck in this cycle of rumination. These two issues are things I thought I would never be free of! I’m currently working off issue three with Fay and hopeful it will make a difference.
