“We came for a Sunday roast. The food was exceptional, huge portions and lots of options (including multiple veggie options). Decor is beautiful. Service was lovely, staff were very professional. The atmosphere was nice but died a little when the music went off around 8.30pm and it implied that it was time for everyone to leave. Also the 14.5% service charge seems steep for Beckenham.”

“Had a weekend brunch here and we absolutely loved it! this place is local to me and I couldn’t believe I’ve not been here before. It’s a cute café, decent food, very welcoming staff (they probably know half of the people who come in here as they seem to be regulars) ☺️ We enjoyed our food and the portions were generous! It’s the little things that I truly appreciate, the decor, the way the food was laid on the plate and the atmosphere in the cafe. Overall, would recommend!”

“I pop in whenever I’m in Beckenham, usually just for a drink. My last visit was impromptu and decided to have something to eat. What I really like about this place it’s exactly how a pub should be. It’s clean, comfortable with a good selection of drinks. The staff are all so friendly and make you feel welcome. Proper pub food, done really well and exceptional value for money. Great to see a traditional pub still thriving. Thoroughly recommend this place to anyone!”

“My partner and I came here for our 4 year anniversary and we can say that we will definitely be returning! The food was excellent, with a wide range of dishes to choose from, and the service was also brilliant. We were looked after by Birol, who was our host/waiter for the evening, and he was a very polite, friendly and funny gentlemen!
