“Our cat, Otter recently stayed at the Shima Cat Hotel. The cattery is very clean and it was clear that Andina adores cats and looks after them as if they were her own. When we collected her, Otter was happy and relaxed, and tellingly, settled straight back in at home. Would definitely recommend and will be rebooking next time we go away. Thank you Andina!”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “We had our pet cat Flo looked after by Purr Inn last year for a month whilst we were away. Laura and Tony were very welcoming from the moment we arrived to drop her off. They sent pictures of her to us as well whilst away and even took a picture of her to attach to her pet carrier which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend”

“Pet Pals is an excellent cattery and Sarah is absolutely terrific with our two cats. One of our cats has diabetes so needs extra help and Sarah has been very caring. They both seem very much at home whenever they stay there - warm, comfortable and well looked after. Sarah is also very flexible and accommodating, and nothing is too much trouble. We recommend Pet Pals very highly!”

“My boy Bertie is a lockdown kitten and sadly due to the lack of socialisation with other people (other than me) when he was very young due to the restrictions in place at the time he is therefore extremely attached to me and me alone, and can be difficult to interact with. Despite this, I have no hesitation in leaving Bertie in the very capable hands of Karon and Molly at Meow Manor. Bertie is clearly very content at Meow Manor and I am regularly updated with photos and videos of Bertie relaxing or playing with the toys Karon and Molly kindly provide. I know that he definitely enjoys his time at Meow Manor as I struggle to get him back in his carrier when its time to collect him (he prefers to jump up to the top shelf and lay down looking at me like the cheeky boy he is!). I have used this cattery many times now and would recommend it to anyone!”

Sadly, Holly, who was almost seven years old, has since died but she was happy and healthy when she came home to us. From the moment we arrived, we could tell that everyone truly cares about the animals. They are all so friendly, professional, and eager to make sure Teddy and Stanley were comfortable and well taken care of. The cattery itself is great. The pens were secure and spacious, which gave us peace of mind knowing they were safe. Each pen had a heating lamp to keep the cats warm, which is especially comforting during colder months. It was clear that the environment is well-maintained and designed with the pets’ comfort in mind. All in all, we highly recommend Crayside Cattery for anyone looking for a reliable and caring place to leave their pets. The staff’s warmth and the secure, cozy facilities made all the difference for us. We’ll definitely be bringing Teddy and Stanley back next time!”

“Natalia looked after our guinea pigs a couple of times whilst we were away and she did an absolutely fantastic job! She kept them company, provided a stimulating environment and updated us regularly with pictures. On one occasion, I contacted Natalia the night before we went away as we booked a last minute break and she was really flexible and super helpful! You can trust Natalia 100% with your pets and your home. We would recommend her a million times over! Thank you so much for looking after our piggies and home so well!”

“Betti is an amazing dog walker. She has been taking my adopted crossed German Shepard for walks every single day since I got her. I needed someone trusted, especially since my dog arrived from another country, and I can honestly say I can not imagine anyone else looking after my Lusia. She posts pictures and videos from every walk, so I can see how happy my dog is with other furry friends and what great progress she has made. “Grace is absolutely fantastic with the dogs she cares for, she is kind and knowledgeable and always puts the dogs needs first giving them the attention they need on their walks. Grace is always on time and is great at communicating any changes that may occur due to extreme weather etc. Grace offers a different walk experience every week for the dogs and selects different locations to give variety and stop them from becoming too familiar or board. She plays different stimulating games such as ball games, find the treat games to keep the dogs busy. Grace sets up special parties and dog sessions in safe fields with agility courses for the dogs. We always feel that Grace loves her work and never get the sense that she's just in it for the money like some other dog walkers. She is lovely, genuinely kind and patient and has given us so much helpful advice in training Hugo. Hugo sits waiting for Grace and is excited to go on the walk with his dog friends each week...we trust Grace 100% and are so grateful for all she does! Hugo also assures me that Grace and Aunty give the best sausage treats at the end of their walks!”
