My girls thrive on human interaction, and it's clear they are always well looked after. When I pick them up, they return home happy, relaxed, and full of energy! “Longcroft Kenley/Gaby was amazing - her children too! As someone who was extremely nervous to leave her boys while I was away Gaby did an amazing job at making me feel at ease! I was sent daily pictures of them which was so nice/reassuring. The place itself is beautiful & there isn’t a lot of other kitties staying, so Gaby isn’t overly busy & is able to spend quality time with everyone. I will be bringing the boys back next time I go away… this will be there home away from home!”

“Loria is amazing! I was so nervous for Puss's first time in a hotel whilst I was away but Loria kept me updated and reassured. I was sent gorgeous photos and his mood throughout. Even when booking I was given ample information so that paying was a breeze. And when picking him up, I was running late and Loria was oh so patient! Puss came back super chilled and playful, like there's a spring in his step! We will be back again, worth every penny!”

“Ali is an amazing and caring person. She looked after our cat, Carrot, as if he were her own. Longcroft Cat Hotels are brilliant. When we took Carrot to Ali at Cole Green Welwyn I just instantly knew that he was going to be cared for so well. I just love receiving updates and photos and show them to everyone! “We left our cat here for a little over two weeks and we were very happy. The room is very nice and clean with enough space for cats to roam. We got pictures and updates almost every day and from what we saw there were lots of toys provided. Highly recommend! Thank you Ann .”

“Eric and Linda have made my cat’s stay an absolute delightful experience for him. He had his own toys, treats and warm attention from Eric and Linda. I could tell he loved it! Our mind was peaceful whilst on holiday undoubtedly. What really has touched us is how helpful they were when my car got a flat tyre. They changed it manually with the spare one with their friends whilst they were having a birthday party! With the genuine and warm heart, you and your cat will get more than the service in chalet! “Brilliant service. I recommend it without reservation. We recently moved to bexleyheath and are so happy that we found Amanda's Cat sitting service. We have two cats, one who can be a little stand-offish, and both of them took to Amanda immediately. I tend to be a bit of a worrier when we're away from the cats, but Amanda's regular text message updates, and some brilliant photos of the boys playing that she sent, really set my mind at ease and meant I could enjoy my trip guilt-free. We will certainly be calling on Amanda again in the near future.”

“After viewing so many normal catteries we stumbled across Longcroft luxury cat hotel at Chelmsford for our two 6 month old, very active, Bengal kittens and we were so happy! I’m a very fussy cat-mum and really struggled to find anywhere that I was happy to leave my furbabies until I came and visited Tim at Longcroft. He really seemed to care and love all his furry guests and really put all my worries aside. The “suites” are immaculate, beautifully decorated and they had a great space with large, sturdy cat tree and lovely bedroom area with bed and Tim also brought in a water drinking fountain especially for the kittens to use which they loved and as it was hot they had their own fan too. We also took along a lot of their home comforts and toys which was welcomed. Every day whilst we were away we got lovely updates and or photos and a really lovely postcard “from the cats” on their last day. It really did put us at ease seeing them relax into their holiday home. Every evening the kids would ask if we’d heard from the cats yet :-) When we collected Bobby and Dolly they seemed very happy and relaxed (as did all the cats in their care!) which was just so lovely. “Matt and Em looked after our dog Fig while we were away on holiday. They were fantastic and we got lots of regular updates with photos. Its clear how much they both love dogs, they put us completely at ease and we knew he was in great hands. Fig absolutely loved them and I think he was pretty devastated when they left. They also took great care of our flat and we arrived home to a cleaner flat than when we left. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks so much Matt and Em.”

“I don’t know who loves Happy Hounds more…me or the dog! They are amazing, very well set up at the beginning with registration, information and communication! Excellent settling in plan for the dog and lovely updates and communication throughout the day letting you know how your pup is getting on! Our dog flies out of the house on collection, so excited! And comes back a happy (and tired!) pup! Could not recommend more highly and so pleased we found them!”

“This was my first time ever to take my Joey to a cattery let alone have him be away from his home so I was really anxious about the whole thing. Booking was very easy and straightforward. On the day, I met David who was so nice and answered all my questions and put me at ease. The place itself is incredibly clean and the cats do have plenty of room to move around and stay active. I left joey for 2 weeks and during the 2 weeks whenever I'd ask for an update or pictures , David would straight away send them to me. Joey is now back home and settled in and it's as if he was never away! Thanks David so much for making this a good experience for me and Joey!!”

“My two Tonkinese spoilt babies boarded at Longcroft when I had a short break away. Robbie sent me lots of reassuring photos and reports which were appreciated. They stayed in an extra large suite so had space to move around. I would definitely use the cattery again - if only I can find a vacancy in their busy bookings!”

“It's very easy to tell that Sarah is a 'cat person'. The setup is lovely and I was amazed as how easily my two cats settled in to the room for the 6 days they were to spend here. On return home they were so chilled out and it felt to us a good indication of the care they'd been given during their stay. My son absolutely loved the postcard that arrived the next day from the cats saying what a great time they were having too! Everything felt like the cats are the priority over all else, with an appreciation that it can be stressful leaving your animals with someone else when you go away. We will absolutely be using Dulverton again, thank you Sarah.”

“I cannot rate Longcroft high enough! Daisy is an absolute dream person to leave your furry friends with while you are away. She is so nice and easy to deal with and the service she provides is fantastic. We had regular pictures and updates on how our two were doing while we were away, which is so reassuring. We have two young, indoor cats who had never been away from home before. So were a bit worried about how they would adapt but we need not have worried! Daisy won them over in no time and they had a lovely holiday, while we had peace of mind to enjoy ours.”

“Excellent boarding kennels! We’ve been using Canada Farm for many years for boarding and grooming. The kennels are immaculate and the staff are always friendly and super confident when handling the dogs. I totally recommend them and I wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else.”

“This place has many friendly staff, each cat had it own pen, which was clean and spacious. Are cat has been going all its life when ever we are away. He loves it. Covid stuff is handled really well. No need to get out of the car. ONE way system is in place to drive through. Very organized, and helpful. Highly recommend. Been using for years. Best I've ever seen, or found.”

“I always board my cat here whenever I travel. They always accommodate my cats' needs and are very friendly. If for some reason my flight was delayed and I had to collect my cat the next day, they are very understanding and reasonable. The owner, Nicola, is kind and approachable. My cats do well here. “All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect.They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go. The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice. They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome. I love that they are open 24/7, and having made a late night trip, the level of care is always to the highest standard. Thanks again, you guys are amazing!”

“Dropped my cat off for 12 days while we were on holiday abroad. Lovely place with a lovely owner who is a cat lover. It was easy to find with lots of parking. Really local to me so it was convenient and had room to accommodate for my cat, with a heated blanket to keep her warm during the night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local cattery to keep your cat while you are away.”
