“I recently had a root canal at the Dental Referral Centre and honestly, I was really impressed. The clinic was spotless, well-organised, and had all the latest equipment — everything looked super modern and reassuring. My procedure was quite complicated, but surprisingly, it wasn’t painful at all. Just a few hours later, I could barely feel a thing. The dentist was clearly very experienced and made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. A big thank you as well to the nurse who assisted — she was incredibly kind and calming, which helped more than she probably realises. The reception team were lovely too, and overall, the service felt top-notch without being overpriced. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s nervous about dental work or just looking for high-quality care”

“Atmosphere-superb. Food-superb. Customer service-superb. Deliberating where to have lunch, looking at the menu here when the waiter approached us. The warm welcome lured us in and we were not disappointed. Recommendations for drinks, a very well looked after 9 year old and plates finished. Not residents of London but frequent visitors. “I would just like to share an exceptional experience that I had at Reiss Richmond. The service I received a couple of days ago with the manager Paulina was outstanding. I only came in to pass some time as my wife was having her hair done and ended up leaving with 2 bags full of lovely items. There was no pressure put on me just honest and comfortable conversation regarding the garments. Her knowledge is second to none and service was attentive to detail. Not at any point was I made to feel rushed or a burden. Would highly recommend anyone looking for clothing to go there and ask for her to get the same experience. Will definitely be returning with my wife as she is now jealous of my collection.”

“Lovely pool, it is split into a main pool and learner pool so that’s nice for swimmers. Lane and general swim available. My daughter has swimming lessons here and the standard of teaching is high. The kids are pushed enough to be competitive but not so much that it’s negative competition. There are windows down two sides of the pool so when the sun is low you get beautiful dappled light in the water which feels lovely to swim in. One of the most unpretentious swimming pools around! Check it out next time you want a swim!”

“All the guys at the desk are super helpful. The facilities are excellent, I used to play badminton there when it had the Whitton "Dome" visible from the A316, but now it's been brought bang up to date with the new school buildings. The only slight downside is that a badminton training there is more expensive than Hampton with the danger amount of time and the same coach”

I try to always see Dr Parekh because he is kind, calm, considerate and experienced, I trust him completely. I saw Mary, the health assistant, recently - she followed up a problem I had with an appointment at Kingston hospital, and phoned me within 24 hours to say she had sorted it - excellent service.”
