“Scribbles Nursery has truly been a blessing for our child over the past two months. We couldn't be happier with the nurturing and educational environment they provide. Our little one absolutely adores this place and eagerly looks forward to attending every single day. In fact, he gets a little sad if we have to miss a day! “A few weeks back I was collecting my daughter from her classes in the centre and I purposely arrived a little earlier so that I would have time for my mid day prayer. I asked the lady at reception if the centre had a religious room. She was a little unhelpful and abrupt with an immediate no without apology. Not long after an absolute lovely gentleman by the name of Joe asked if I just needed a room which I replied yes he then guided me to a back room that had very dim beautiful lighting and only housed a ping pong table. I was so grateful. Just that small act of consideration and kindness made all the difference and immediately changed my mind about my initial interaction with the receptionist. Again thank you so much Joe. Your kindness went a very long way.”

“I have been going to New Bentley NRC for 17 years. We are a resource Centre for people with physical disabilities and, over the past few years, learning disabilities too. We have many activities and all of the staff have been with us for over 10 years so are vastly experienced. We are a community within the local community and we attend, not just for activities and day trips, but also for the friendship and support that we get from the staff and each other. Many of us have been attending for between 10 + 30 years that shows how much we love our Centre and each other. Our disabilities vary from walking disabled to permanent wheelchair users and we are an inclusive Centre. We are culturally diverse and have a deep respect for each other and each other's beliefs and lifestyles. This is why we are a community and not just somewhere that we attend to get out of the house (although that is another plus!). We welcome new service users with open arms and a smile!”

I Was served by Roxanna who was extremely patient and took her time to help me with my online order. When I clarified that I had already ordered a pair of shoes online but wasn't entirely happy with the purchase. The ones I wanted were out of stock and thus ended up ordering the second favourite. She understood my dilema and immediately located the ones I has initially wanted and ordered them for me. I was easily able to refund the previously ordered shoes without any hassle. “H&M (adults) is opposite H&M kids. It is a big store and is well laid out. There are loads of items to choose from: clothes for men and women, accessories, shoes, hats etc. Take your time walking around the store as there are some great bargains. Also they have classic items and seasonal trends. Staff are friendly and efficient.”
