I saw Dr Massey four times between April and July: once for a new patient appointment, once for a consultation about composite bonding; and twice for composite bonding appointments. When I first met Dr Massey, she asked me to call her Hannah – a simple touch, but one that made me feel I was more than just a patient. I can't praise Hannah enough. She explained the procedures and its relative advantages/disadvantages vs veneers in a way that helped me make an informed choice. Hannah is absolutely meticulous in her work. More than just a great dentist, she is an artist, striving to make my top 4 and bottom 4 teeth look natural (rather than too perfect). The results were even better than I had hoped! “Anastas from Service Master Kingston arrived right on time and even phoned ahead to confirm. I left him to work unsupervised, and he did an excellent job throughout. He managed to remove small marks from the carpets that I thought were permanent, even though they were just normal wear and tear. He moved furniture carefully and placed mats beneath items to prevent any moisture damage. The carpets now look like new! Denise in the office was also a pleasure to deal with and made everything very straightforward. Four bedrooms, two living rooms, a landing, and two flights of stairs are now spotless. Absolutely delighted with the service — highly recommend Service Master Kingston!”

“I had originally booked a carpet clean with a different company who let me down on the booking process, and I’m so that they did because I have now discovered number one carpet cleaning. Super company. Booking process was super efficient, prices were clear and fair. The gentleman who did the job today (Varban) did a really fantastic job - the carpets & couch look brand new again. He was also so considerate of the fact I had babies in the home at the time of the clean, making sure to keep noise down so they could nap. Will definitely use this company again for future cleans. “My Daughter had an engine management light appear on Thursday evening returning from work to Richmond along the M4. On Friday morning she phone WTS and she was told to bring the car in and they'd have a look. By lunchtime the fault had been identified and it was fixed by 3pm . This garage provides excellent service and treat their customers very fairly. Highly recommended.”

“I first met Dr Amir 17 years ago when my youngest son needed extensive orthodontic treatment. It was a chance recommendation and after our first consultation I knew that I could not allow any other dentist to treat my son. He was on course to have four teeth extracted and Dr Amir was adamant that this was both unnecessary and dangerous for his future health. The teeth were never removed and as predicted, there was never any need to do so, contrary to the advice of other practitioners. There followed treatments for my other two sons, one of whom had already had the traditional train tracks, resulting in him being unable to close his jaw comfortably. The other had his teeth realigned and his palate gently altered resulting in the clearing of a long term blocked nose. Having had my wisdom teeth extracted years ago, I too had the treatment which together with the Atlasbalance has resulted in no neck pain and the miraculous disappearance of chronic lower back pain. The results of this latter treatment were immediate. Dr Amir is a rare practitioner. He has an holistic approach to his patients and this combined with a desire to fix people’s health issues through his theories around cranial symmetry, make him unique. He is forever looking for new approaches and new ideas to help his patients. He is also an excellent dentist.”

“I saw Dr. Michael Nigro for tooth pain and a suspected cracked molar. He identified the specific nightguard I needed (for clenching) and recommended an onlay to protect the cracking tooth long-term. We chose a gold onlay for its longevity and biocompatibility, which was essential for this molar. Dr. Nigro was quick to respond to my emails during this anxious time and worked calmly and efficiently. The gold onlay is like jewellery, overlaying a bad experience with beauty, and he also adjusted surrounding teeth to ensure my bite was perfect. The nightguard fits with micromillimeter precision and will help retrain my mouth to stop nighttime clenching.”
