“Today (01/08/2025) my family in Dhaka has received a much needed package that I have sent from the UK using B Cargo. I dropped the package at their London office on 21st July 2025 and in less than a month they delivered the package exactly the way I have sent it. I have heard horror stories that some well known London based cargo companies with horrible customer service takes a long time, in some cases more than 8 months to deliver the packages and even then the packages either have missing or damaged items. So I was very sceptic and hesitant in using B Cargo despite their good reviews. However, everything about B Cargo is excellent. Their customer service is better than most Bangladeshi businesses I have dealt with and their delivery was better than promised. I will be always using them from now on and I would highly recommend them. Thank you B Cargo! Please keep up the good work.”
