“We popped in to look at some soft furnishings after previously visiting and having a very happy experience about two years ago.. So thinking we’d have a look about which we did only for the staff to recognise us (from 2 years previously) and be aware of what we had purchased and where we were from.. absolutely outstanding service, the owner should be very very happy with his staff. The service we always receive is second to none. So to be recognised from a previous purchase is fantastic.. Btw the furniture we purchased is still as new… So no need to go to the big furniture companies and be a number, just visit The London Road Furniture Company and feel as an individual and very valued.. “Hidden gem! Fantastic roast dinners on Sundays and bring your own wine for a modest corkage charge. The owners couldn't have been nicer and the food is incredible. We've already made arrangements to go again with a group of friends. You may have to navigate yourself around several buggies and prams when you're there and seating is limited but it's worth it. This place is a must try and incredible value for money, I can't recommend it highly enough.”

“I've just got back from a lovely lunch at Coffee Bliss Cafe. From the minute we walked in, the staff we very welcoming and friendly. They even gave my 4-year old a little sweet treat on the house, which was a nice touch! The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. This was my first visit, but I'll certainly be returning.”
