“Had amazing coffee! I usually don't like unflavored coffee because many stores burn or over brew their espresso. Not here! It was the smoothest latte I've had in a long time - with no add-ons! And he even went out of the way to make an iced drink for us, and made it well! Definitely recommend!”

“Very good value for money. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is nice with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A bit noisy because of traffic and planes, but thats what you get in busy London. It's only 1 hour with public transport to the center of London and just 30 minutes tot Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and helpful. I only used breakfast and the variation an quality was perfect for me.”

He took such thoughtful care of the children, even surprising them with pancakes decorated with a heart in the middle—a beautiful touch that made them feel truly seen. “Very peaceful coffee shop which is a place of respite from the bustling industrial area surrounding it. Nice coffee, nice toasties and a relaxing vibe. There were a good amount of sockets so working remotely is good here.”

Not sure if they have upped their game recently but signed up for 2x kids swim lessons. 36 per month each for 30 mins per week and unlimited access to swimming. Really good value and my kids love it, as both over 8 can go in on their own while i have a coffee. We did lessons in Acton - the staff and quality of teaching is miles better here. Its much less chaotic for showers, changing and fewer children per instructor. And it has a little cafe and easier parking - Acton doesn't.”

All the foods here are HALAL, such a plus point! Prices are definitely worth it for the overall experience, one of my fav brunch spot!”

“We had a fantastic meal at the Guru Tandoori last night (Friday night). Thanks to others' review comments we had no trouble finding it, so that all worked out fine (thanks to others for sharing the detail). Our waiter was welcoming and helpful in respect of allergy advice and our menu choice. Disagree with comments about the venue being dingy - we absolutely loved the atmosphere and the quirky setting. Our table was right by the window and although it was dark outside (so no view of the river) the moon was just about full so there was lots of glistening water alongside us for the first part of our meal (until the tide went out)! This, along with the ambient lighting inside was lovely for us - I'm hypersensitive to harsh lighting, so I'd totally recommend this venue as ideal if you also struggle with this. Also totally recommend the food. I had prawn biryani, very good indeed, no scrimping on the prawns or the flavour - best I've had in a VERY long time. My husband had the vegetable dhansak which he found very tasty. The menu had plenty of choice and was very reasonably priced too. Lovely meal, great service. We were staying in the area (Novotel Brentford) for a visit to Kew Gardens so if you're doing similar we'd heartily recommend eating here after a day in the gardens, it was the perfect end to a very good day.”

And the prices… for the same double espresso I’ll have to pay close to £5 in Clapham Common when here it’s £2.75. They’ve got a lovely tiny terrace with 6 easy-moving tables! I think I have to move in this area…”

“I came to the courtyard restaurant on Friday 29th August with my best friend for her birthday for afternoon tea and what an enjoyable experience we had.. We were welcomed with smiles and made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked through the door. I had booked this online and I was taken to a table reserved with my name on (personal touch was lovely) I can't begin to tell you how amazing the food was and how much there was, we were given a list of teas to choose from and given a beautiful teapot.. Now I love an afternoon tea and I can honestly say that this was by far the best one I have ever had my friend also said it was amazing. Claire who made the food done such an amazing job and it was arranged beautifully on the stand.. I will definitely be coming back as all the food that passed us looked delicious. Well done courtyard restaurant staff for making our experience a memorable one for the right reason.”

“It’s a decent hotel if you’re in the area . Parking 8£ get there early , I drive a pick up and parking was sufficient! Chap at the front desk is brilliant and helpful . Location is brilliant for the area , card machine wasn’t working at the restaurant but we sorted that and they were very helpful. Didn’t eat any food but the beer was decent ! Room was fine for the price , it was clean and bedding is good ! Fire alarm went off for some reason but could just be a fault”
