He took time to talk me through the highlights I wanted, using a colour chart and ensuring I understood the result and agreed the approach, and didn't feel like part of a production-line high volume generic salon. The result is better than I hoped for and I will definitely be back as Olsi is a true professional and clearly understands not just the immediate outcome but how it will change over the coming weeks. “Had a great experience at choppers today. Was a little embarrassed about the state of my hair since having a baby but felt totally comfortable and at ease after the time was taken to discuss my new look. Couldn’t be happier with my hair now. Lovely shape, not too much off the length but lots of layers. Unlike some hairdressers that tell you it’s dead and needs to be short I left with a lovely look and fully trusted their expert opinion. “Had my hair cut after not having any haircuts for over 2 years almost and I was sad to see some length go but it was for the best as split ends will continue to split up the hair shaft and cause breakage to the healthy hair. My hair hasn’t felt this thick and had this much volume in years. Before I went to this hair salon I was convinced my hair was thinning and I was losing hair when I had breaking hair that made it feel thin and weak. I couldn’t recommend how quick and amazing this service is. Would recommend to everyone as my hairdresser has been in the industry for over 20 years and knows exactly what she’s doing. She is amazing and thank you for saving my hair from continuing breakage. ❤️”

“Vibes for real. Kai you are a Capital F Legend. My hair was in tatters aside my free forms and he gave my head a good fix. I couldn't not leave a review. That was the first haircut I had in 5/6 years. Aswell as Kai other staff where putting time and effort in to everyone's experience. My friend kept pushing me to get it cut here inparticular and I definitely understand why, as well as being great business and having skilled and clearly very well trained Barbers, they made me feel pampered today. I don't normally like getting regular haircuts, this place makes me want to change that stance. Bless Kai and Smokeys”
