Comfortable atmosphere in Sutton

“Almost perfect experience in this barbers today for a beard trim. The barber took the time to listen to what I asked for, and fed back to me what he interpreted. This may seem like a small thing, but it's super important to me. So many barbers I go to do not listen to me fully when I give them instructions. The quality of work was perfect. Very highly skilled barber, and also very careful. No scratching with the razor as some barbers do. Value was brilliant. £8 for a beard trim. Very good value in my experience, especially for a skilled barber. I have no negative comments. The only suggestion I would make is that I wasn't offered the hot towel service and face wash etc. I didn't mind, because I was in a rush, but, it would have been nice to be offered. It is only a little more expensive, but probably well worth the money. Keep up the good work, and keep listening to your customers.”

She did an amazing balayage and gave tips on how to maintain my hair - normally very thin and dry. Overall good experience, definitely doing back in 6-8 weeks :)”

“I would highly recommend this salon if you want a great hair styling experience. I went in casually looking for an appointment for a hair cut with my 5 year old and he was also as pleased as I was at the end of my appointment. My stylist was Vicky who was very warm n friendly and I would say very patient as my hair is very long and she took her time to make sure my hair looked great n exactly how I wanted. The staff is also very friendly n offered my son a drink n a biscuit which was very sweet on their part. I would definitely be going back again for a personalised experience!!”

“Had a pre holiday acrylic nails, pedicure and leg massage and brow dye. The lady that does my brows takes her time and last for about 3 weeks for about £6. All are standing the test of time in the Sun and Sea. Feels good not having to do anything to my nails or feet other than an exfoliate in the sand. The only thing as a return customer is the flat screen and music is staff focussed not customer focussed. If you are in a salon for a couple of hours a little change might be nice. I keep coming back for two or three years now and look forward to massage.”

“I had their Spicy chicken sandwich, and my Mrs had Portobello mushroom & Brie cheese sandwiche, along with coffee. All of them were delicious, especially the Speciality coffee that I had, it has Irish cream, Kaluha coffee liquor. Previously I had cakes as takeaway from them, they were also delicious. Seating and ambience is very comforting and cozy. My wife loves this cafe . Owner and staff are very warm and polite. I'll highly recommend anyone who visits Sutton.”

My dentist Krishan was incredibly thorough, and clearly explained every step of the process, which immediately put my nerves to rest. “So I’ve taken my nearly 2 year old to one or two other places for a hair cut and he would just scream and it was traumatising. My mum suggested Brogans as she used to take my brother there when he was a kid and so we made an impromptu visit down to brogans today. To my shock and surprise, Debbie was able to keep my son calm and smiling throughout the hair cut and he didn’t cry one bit! Debbie was so calm and flexible, was trying to make the hair cut into a fun experience for him and the best part was that my son could watch the buses go past outside and Debbie was able to get on with the hair cut with him distracted. She not only was able to distract him but also the hair cut was of high standard and let’s be honest, it’s hard to get a 2 year old to sit still so I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect. But I’ll be honest, it was perfect and she understood his hair type and what style would suit him best from the get go.This is definitely going to be my go-to place for his haircuts now and I’m so thankful it’s no longer going to be such a traumatic experience for us all!”
