Not only do they manage prescriptions carefully but they are also there to help generally, provide vaccinations etc and be very accessible to answering questions; and they know who you are when you walk into their shop! I find dealing with them a pleasure; they are reassuringly proactive, supportive knowledgeable and kind.”

“I boarded my cat and dog with Oak Cottage Kennels & Cattery for the first time as our usual kennels and cattery were fully booked. I went to take a look and was very impressed by the very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. I could tell immediately that they put the welfare of the pets first. They were very good at explaining how the kennels work on a daily basis. I booked in two trial days for our Labrador and then both my cat and dog stayed for two weeks. I had very regular photos and it was obvious they were both enjoying their stay. I would like to thank everyone for looking after my pets in an exceptional manner. “I just popped in on the off chance without an appointment, for a wash and blow dry as had a date the next day and couldn’t do anything with my hair.. Had Clara, who was delightful. He has won his trust and confidence and can now be examined and treated while remaining calm - he is a different dog and Raj a "dog whisperer"! “What can I say, but WOW! Compared to other "coffee shops" in the area, it has a more extensive menu. Compared to cafes in general, the food was fresh and flavoursome, the staff were warm and friendly and the atmosphere was cordial and relaxing. The tables were very clean and even shiny. Nothing to fault this for, and it even has a garden you can sit in.”

“My favourite Costa and almost on my doorstep so I can walk there. Best coffee outlet on the retail park. Staff are fantastic and take great pride in their customers' enjoyment of the Costa goodies on offer. There are the occasional queues because it is small (but so good its worth the wait). The loo situation is not great, but that's down to Next not the Costa staff!”
