“Boarded my two shy cats here, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! I was initially nervous because my cats are sensitive to strangers and have delicate stomachs, but the team went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable. They carefully followed my feeding instructions, promptly replied to all my emails, and provided regular updates on how my cats were doing. “This review is for the pharmacy: I have not experienced the issues in other reviews, apart from one time when they were unable to find a prescription that had been dispensed. I switched from the RiteChem next door as they were unable to fill prescriptions at times due to not having on-site or the ability to order. The staff have always been helpful and friendly in my experience which is generally weekly.”

“Highly recommended local pharmacy. I've just changed (literally a few moments ago!) to PSM for prescription delivery. This used to be my main pharmacy years ago, so I knew Mum well! but I then moved jobs and my GP surgery changed. I'm so glad to be back with PSM. It all went very smoothly; Darpan did everything for me and it's all switched over really easily. PSM has always been so friendly and helpful and that hasn't changed whilst I've been away. Almost looking forward to getting my flu jab now so I can go in and say hello!! :D”
