“I recently had a chair delivered by Cox & Cox. I was really impressed with this company. I had a really clear email from them asking me to confirm my delivery slot, an actual person responded to my email giving me a rough time slot. The email even had a contact number if I needed to call them. A PHONE NUMBER! How rare is that? Anyway, the delivery guys were very good (patient when we had to remove the door from it's hinges) and adhered to all the Covid guidelines that were mentioned in the email. I really rate this company highly and I don't think I've ever said that about any other logistics company. Please, when you expand your business, don't lose the personal touch!”

“I could not recommend Tinkys nursery more! My daughter has been attending since age 1 and almost 3 now . From social development to academic development, my daughter has made excellent progress in her learning and social skills . Their attention to detail is next to none and they really do keep track of all activities/events each day to report to you on email and collection of your child. The freshly made nutritious meals are just another bonus. The staff are warm, friendly and approachable and my daughter is happy to see them when I drop her off and I know that she’s had a good day when I collect her as she chats about what she’s been up to. She has thrived since starting Tinkys and made special bonds with her peers and care givers . I feel confident leaving her with the lovely team knowing that she’ll have a great day and will be well cared for and treated as an individual.”

“Booked one viewing with Imagine and that property turned out to be the one. I was just so lucky to be dealing directly with Lee Martin the new home associate director. Very friendly, reliable and approachable, he never failed to either pick up the phone or ring back even responded by emails on his holiday and helpfully acted as an intermediary between me and my vendor! Lee is absolutely amazing. Brilliant service and always on hand to provide advice and support. He helped make the whole experience a lot less stressful. I can not thank him enough for ensuring developer didn’t withdrawn with my very slow mortgage process. He’s also helped to rent the property while waiting to complete and I’m very grateful for everything he’s done for me. “Our daughter (now in year 8) has been at Edge Grove since year 6 having spent all her previous schooling in the French system. We joined the school at a time when the new headmaster, Me Evans, was still putting in place his vision, but we felt that he knew exactly what he was wanting to do, and we completely bought into that vision. We have not been disappointed. The pastoral care has been first rate, particularly helping our daughter in the transition to a British Independent school. From what we have seen, any pastoral issues are dealt with speedily and sensitively. Great emphasis is put on politeness and creating the right environment for learning, whilst enjoying everything that the school has to offer. The education curriculum is innovative, supportive and stretching, and the school is doing a fantastic job of supporting all year 8 pupils in preparation for CE, truly differentiating based on the schools they are applying to and the exams they will be taking. Extra-curriculum activities are great too - the Director of Music is fantastic and the improvement in the quality of all school music activities has been marked, while the head of girls' games is really raising the bar too. Staff go beyond what one might expect and respond rapidly and helpfully to any questions or concerns. The parent community is friendly and welcoming. The school certainly deserves its recent rating of Excellent in all regards from the Independent Schools Inspection. I highly recommend the school to any prospective parent.”

“I went into my local holland and Barrett store yesterday around closing time and was in quite a rush because working in the center as well I am aware that when it’s time to close, the staff have plenty of other things they had to do before leaving (as did myself). I was a little panicky and uncertain of the exact product/quantity I needed and was assisted by an amazing lady named Oshin! Her service was excellent — not only was she patient with my request and questions but she also gave extensive info on what I asked for and showed me alternatives too. Such an approachable and friendly person as well as the other staff members! As a regular customer, their overall service is always exceptional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Lovely restaurant in a very nice location. The food is amazing, cooked on the location and served by the future chefs of the country. They create their own daily menu, serve mouthwatering food and provide an impeccable service. The experience starts at the entrance with a very warm welcome and just flows through naturally during the three course dining experience. The place is popular and booked weeks in advance, so please call ahead. They also do lovely activities like chocolate classes, cake making and cake decoration- which are also highly recommended.”

“I was referred to St Marks late November 2024 and was offered an appointment with the surgeon mid January 2025. I thought this was a super quick referral time. I saw Mr Kapil Sahnan and from the moment I stepped into the room I felt at ease. My appointment was on time and lasted longer than I expected. At no point did I feel rushed. Mr Kapil Sahnan has the most calming voice and explains everything in simple terms but detailed. He took on board my PTSD from previous surgery elsewhere and showed empathy. It's a rare find to find a surgeon with his knowledge and skill set combined with kindness, empathy and interest in the patient. I had my surgery last week and can honestly say that every member of staff I met were lovely, professional, and kind when I was worried. Mr Kapil Sahnan's medical team are as amazing as him. A special shout out to the anaesthetists and theatre staff. I felt really safe and looked after at all times. I found the hospital to be spotless. I was on Gladstone 2 post op and everyone who looked after me were so kind. I found the ward to be organised, even the food wasn't too bad! I had robotic surgery and would highly recommend this hospital.”

Within just a few weeks, I noticed a huge positive change in my son’s confidence, happiness, and manners — he genuinely looks forward to going every day. The staff are professional, caring, and go above and beyond to create a warm, supportive environment. Having previously used local childminders, I can honestly say that the level of care, structure, and learning opportunities at Little Hearts are on a completely different standard. The environment is nurturing, stimulating, and well-organised, and the staff are well-mannered, highly trained and genuinely care about each child’s individual needs and progress. I also love that they use the Tapestry app to share updates and photos — it gives parents real peace of mind. The difference compared to childminders settings is remarkable. My only regret is not sending my older son here. The Little Hearts team is simply outstanding, and I’m so grateful for the support, care, and encouragement they have given my child — truly an amazing preschool!”
