“Excellent surgery. Caring and efficient and took the marvellous initiative to move into the brand new Health& Wellness Hub in the old airfield area near Hornchurch Country Park. All sorts of new diagnostic gizmo there and attractive new building. They are overworked as typical of our NHS but they still manage a good service and reasonably timed appointments. “I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”

I used to get terribly anxiety before an appointment but not anymore doesn’t phase me what so ever, and this is due to Anita. Who is easily one of the best in her field.
