“I just completed the 4 week beginner course at Ealing Pole Studio, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! This was my first time trying pole dancing, and I was honestly a bit intimidated at first. However, Alex, our instructor, was absolutely amazing. “Take a class!! I highly recommend learning pole with Lia! I didn’t have a great deal of upper body strength despite always being fit but that all changed when I started pole classes at Pole Academy LDN. Fast forward a few years and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and just love pole. I’m 50 and proud of what I’ve achieved so far, moving through from beginners to high intermediate/advanced.
