“Had my first proper curly cut with Nat yesterday and honestly I couldn't be happier! My curls are happy - shiny, bouncy and defined. They took the time to explain everything to me and I now understand my hair so won't have the frizzy mess that I usually have! Service is great - first time I've had a head massage at a salon and it was lovely! Can't wait to go back with my daughter later in the month so she can love her curls like I love mine. I've seen a few reviews where people have complained about length - happy curls spring up so you will look like you've lost a lot more length than you actually have. “I came in with grace when she was training, felt really relaxed , the atmosphere was wonderful. Steve the manager came over to help with the consolation with the cut and the colour, I didn’t feel rushed and they gave me plenty of time to decide what I was going to do ,they also gave me expert advice on the sort of haircuts that was achievable with my hair texture and recommended products to make my hair more manageable. Nano is a great instructor, he takes time to explain what we need to do and shows professionalism and makes the classes enjoyable.
