I didn’t catch her name but I especially wanted to thank the lady who helped me earlier this evening - I was struggling to find a colour match for my bathroom’s silicone sealant, as the colours shown on the bottles are often inaccurate and Screwfix unfortunately doesn’t have/do samples, but she did her best to show me what they had available and find what colour might work. “We visited our local branch (Claygate) and explained what we wanted to achieve. The manager was extremely helpful - he took down the measurement and worked out the exact amount of timber we needed and also gave us a couple of different timber options to choose from. The next day the timber was delivered and up went the slat fencing.
