Bobby is amazing, she always helps me with my orders (mostly very large orders of over 100L with 5 or more different paint and bases). I can go collect when convenient for me and the guys at the store always help me load it up. They do have some very young staff that try very hard and are polite (albeit at times it takes a few minutes longer to process orders).
