I had decided that other technicians might have thought the job was too small, but now I think it may have been just too big/complex a job for them. Paul was thorough in his initial evaluation, and managed to provide timely responses, detailed descriptions of the problems (with photos) and sensible/reasonably priced proposals for the work. I could not be happier with his work and his follow-through, and I would have no hesitation to recommend him for all your heating/gas/plumbing needs (so long as he doesn't get too busy if/when I need him again in the future)!”
