All it actually needed was the washer replacing, which they did for me at no extra cost. This would probably not happen at "Supermarket" places such as B&Q, Wickes, etc. who would try to sell a complete unit instead. Very much appreciated - many thanks!”

“Don't go swimming very often, however last time I went last week I left my phone in changing rooms....a member of staff took the time to come and find me as I was swimming- not asking for me over tannoy as they knew I was swimming. Changing rooms very clean, showers hot, staff that go above and beyond ........all for £4.45......that's what I call value for money!”
