“I received a warm welcome on my first visit to this salon for a wash, cut and blow dry. Zara, the owner, was extremely gracious and friendly, as was Leti who attended to me. Leti is clearly a very accomplished hair stylist as she gave me the exact haircut I explained I desired. The salon is also reasonably priced compared to other similar establishments. I will certainly be returning for future appointments. Having recently returned from Spain, I invested much time and effort in trying to find a good hairdresser and have no hesitation in recommending this salon - they certainly do their best to please their clients.”

She is just amazing, polite, sweet, all the time with a smule on her face great behaviour and she even helped me out with the Boots card when most of her colleagues just ignored me because too lazy to help a customer with the activation of a card. I have no idea what Munishe’ s position work is but She deserves to be on top of the customer service. A lesson for all companies, a phone call is much more beneficial than emails etc. She has certainly made me feel a lot better about the situation. She has restored confidence in her company. She came across as genuine. Some of her staff should follow her example. I therefore am changing my review from 1 to 5. Let's hope I don't regret it. I won't write at the moment anything ,because there are legal proceedings in place,and I don't want too jeopardise them. However giving a company a 1 star, wish it was a minus number, shows that something is seriously wrong. I have no doubt that a good 5 star review will now pop up on their reviews. Of course it won't be a coincidence”
