Bishop Estate puts customer first based on my experience with them over the years and especially with the recent management style where they split their charges into two to ensures the landlord earns some money at the end of the month instead of taking their fees outrightly and at once but are considerate of the landlord and also manages situation with the tenant very well as related to handling and fixing issues. After my consultation, Kelly corrected all this with minimal damage to my hair (when she could've upsold me and I wouldn't have known), she somehow matched my hair exactly to my reference photos which I didn't even think was possible in one sitting. I'm super happy with the results and feel like she took extreme care every step of the way. Also, a little while back I had a bob haircut done with Scarlet, and she was also outstanding.
