“It was third time lucky today for my daughter getting her ears pierced. She has been too anxious in the past but the two ladies in the Romford store really put her at ease today. They were patient and kind, explained what was going to happen each step of the way and even allowed my daughter to cuddle a squishmallow when they were piercing the ears. My daughter came out with a beaming smile and even said how lovely the girls were. Thank you!”

“In my experience from going in there most days weekly over the years this shop has Lovely staff, really helpful, always say hello.. if they don’t have something they look to see if any more stock out the back. Nice to see staff you have grown to know from going in there over the year and staff you can rely on. Real welcoming local community vibe in this shop. Only thing I would say in terms of improving is that they need more staff. The staff there have to juggle counter service, delivery orders, assisting with the self service tills and putting stock out. They look run off their feet at busy periods. Rush Green shop staff deserve an appreciation reward from head office”
