“I’ve visited this restaurant a few times, and it has never disappointed me. A friend visited me from overseas, and I decided to bring them here for dinner instead of going to a restaurant in the city center. They were very happy with the food—the food is amazing too!—and especially impressed by the staff, who were super nice. The atmosphere was also very welcoming. “July 29th, 2023 we were in from New York staying at the hotel across the street so this was the closest place to get something to eat, especially at odd hours. Pros 1. Heather was extremely friendly and welcoming 2. James helped us get an excellent meal right before the kitchen closed for the night, they could have said no the kitchen was closed but they didn’t. 3. The food always hit the spot, and I was never disappointed 4. The ambiance and atmosphere were beautiful 5. It was never too busy, and great portion sizes Cons 1. “I was served by a young lad who went by the name Izzy. He was extremely helpful and courteous and took his time to assist me in finding screws to fit into a fixture. We went through several different screws and eventually found the perfect ones. However I then stated I didn’t want any fancy branded ones of which he then proceeded to scroll through his system to get me the cheapest best value ones! Finally we opened the box and tested to see if it would fit of which it was perfect. Before paying he then asked me if I wanted a new unopened box of which I said no, it was totally fine. But still, him asking me if I wanted a new box instead was where I was really impressed. Amazing customer service! Will highly recommend going to these guys”
