You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The service was just as impressive — friendly, fast, and attentive from start to finish. The staff especially F Nadizada, andanand & Shivam made me feel really welcome and made sure everything was just right. The portion sizes were generous and great value for money too. It really feels like stepping into a classic diner, complete with paper-hat-wearing staff. Staff are generally friendly and courteous-servers standout, welcoming families with enthusiasm. However, the ordering system is hybrid: self-service kiosks paired with a fixed service charge, which some find off-putting. The menu spans burgers, wings, chicken & waffles, hot dogs, and hearty sides. Highlights include loaded potato skins, sticky BBQ wings, and indulgent milkshakes—especially Oreo shakes and vibrant strawberry lemonade. The Big Moe’s Platter and generous portion sizes. While the décor scores high on atmosphere, cleanliness is hit or miss—sticky tables, grime in booths, and overlooked table service have been flagged. Big Moe's Diner pricing is on the steeper side for a fast-casual experience; some feel it falls short of value. Big Moe’s offers a lively, kid-friendly, nostalgic trip with strong milkshakes, crowd‑pleasing starters, and fun décor. If you’re visiting for atmosphere—and ready to overlook the occasional service hiccup—it’s a solid pre-event or family stop. But for food perfection or premium service, it won’t satisfy everyone. Best to go in for the vibe, sweet drinks, and big portions—and temper expectations on kitchen reliability.”

I see a few bad reviews, but I've never had a bad experience with the staff. It's a busy area and most merchants are under pressure, but personally, I'm always treated well here. I'm always satisfied, so I wanted to show love to a great local service that's very thoughtful about the products they provide to a really diverse neighbourhood.”

“I was here on business and overall my stay was very good. It is easy to find, although as I was in a vehicle I had to parkin the adjacent car park which, using the Hotels website's description, was a little confusing but maybe that was just me and next time it will be a whole lot easier. You ask for a ticket with a QR code and then when you go back to the car park to pay, in the morning, you scan the QR code and it reduces the price to £6, which, for London. I thought was a very good price. You enter at the rear of the hotel and slightly weirdly you enter a lobby, go to the lifts at the back and get the lift up to reception. At night you have to scan your room card to enter the lobby but not evening and when I came back there was somebody just sitting on the floor. The reception was great and booking in went smoothly. I went to my second floor room which overlooked the shopping square, which after 1700hrs was fairly quiet and caused no problems. The room was excellent, clean, tidy and exactly as you would expect, with only one slight negative... the toilet needed bleaching or a thorough clean, you could still bad discolouration. There is no loss of star rating as the room was still excellent. After a good sleep I went for breakfast which was adequate, no great complaints other than there is always a coffee machine but Travelodge allows only hot water to be dispensed, which is just a bit mean, considering I paid nearly £11 for it.”

“I had such a great stay here! The room was super clean, very modern, and the bedding was so comfy—I slept like a dream every night. It had a small kitchenette, which was so nice to make simple meals in. The coworking space and rooftop deck were amazing, I want to work there all the time! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. The location is PERFECT if you're doing anything at Wembley, it's literally a 5 min walk from the stadium, but also in a super quiet neighorhood. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Nice hotel, central location with paid parking here. Friendly reception with a bar and dining area too. My room was very good, the Travelodge beds are always very comfortable. The razor socket in the en suite is only active while the light is on, so not ideal to charge my electric toothbrush. Ask the food I ate here was good, the restaurant got quite busy too at times. The noise levels are very high as the hotel is adjacent to the North Circular, this always has heavy traffic and is loud. I will definitely stay here again when working in Wembley. Best friendly and helpful staff.”
