The food was fresh Lebanese family cooking at its very best and all for an incredibly reasonable price. “Picked this venue for a coffee after reading the great reviews and was not disappointed. Don't be fooled by the modest entrance, the shop is a visual cornucopia of artistic delights. The drinks arrived in cute, hand painted cups and saucers, with small wooden spoons and the coffees adorned with coffee art. We sat and took in all the amazing decor which was for sale: cups, small serving dishes, bags, spoons, a menagerie of small crocheted animals with some in key ring form plus so much more. It was a feast for the eyes and brain to take in everything that was on display. The coffee was equally good and hope to try one of the cakes next time. An absolute joy for the senses and would highly recommend.”

“I had black Americano and my wife had cappuccino, we both really enjoyed our drinks a lot. My Americano had that light fruity aftertaste that you often only find with very high quality, it was genuinely very delicious. The interior is relaxing, calm and light and we really appreciate the soft music as well, not at all over the top. I love what this place is going for, as I am new to the area it's nice to find a place nearby that I know I can be comfortable in. The woman serving us on Monday 6th was also very kind.”

“The Old ship is a classic lunch time spot in Richmond. They have a lot of space both down and upstairs, with the upstairs being an unbelievable event space. We come regularly for lunch and it never fails. As a gluten free man the cider battered fish and chips went down a treat, as well as the pint in the picture below ‘Bandit’. One of nicest gluten free pints I have had in years.”

“We have just rounded off a fantastic weekend trip to watch the rugby with a fantastic Sunday roast at the White Horse in Richmond. A really brilliant proper pub with a superb Sunday lunch menu that catered for all our family. The Pork Belly bites were incredible and the Cauliflower Cheese you could eat on its own… a must try! The staff were brilliant and easily the nicest roast I’ve had in years!”
