“The staff were exceptional in helping me when I really needed it, and for that im truly thankful. The hotel has nice enough rooms for what you would expect at the price point including a fridge, cooking facilities, and a smart tv hooked up ready to go. The area is nice and the people seem friendly and helpful. There are lots of nice shops as well as the regulars aka Mac Donald’s costa etc.”

“Cafe Nazar is amazing!! They’ve got great selection of food and everything is top quality. The baklava is one of the best i’ve ever had and you don’t want to stop eating it! It’s even better with their Turkish tea. The lady who works there (I think her name starts with S) has excellent customer service and always makes sure you receive your order at the best standard :)”

“Jen looked after our gorgeous little cat, Sophie, for 3 months when we were moving to Australia. We were so nervous about leaving Soph but, the minute we met Jen, she gave us all the confidence we needed. She took beautiful care of Sophie, gave us regular updates and worked with our pet movers to get Sophie safely on the biggest journey of her furry life! “Had the loaded breakfast. Plenty of choice, nice to see the food prep area, price was good. Staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming including advising us on which buses to use to get to twickenham. Even the customer toilet was clean. Highly recommended.”

“*Café Venezia in Hounslow is a gem!* Loved their fluffy omelette and toast — great texture and super tasty. The Eggs Benedict was top-notch, perfectly done with delicious hollandaise. The handmade coffee was a highlight, smooth and rich, plus the latte art made it even better ☕️. Service was warm with big smiles and great hospitality in a cozy, inviting space. Highly recommend for chill breakfasts!”

“Visited on a Thursday for Irish music night. The pub is lit with candles. It’s cosy and atmospheric. Music started around 9.30pm and it was traditional Irish music. Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the toilets were clean. Outside garden available if needed.”

The samosa chaat was well-balanced and comforting, not overly heavy. Even the coffee stood out—strong and properly South Indian. If you’re looking for genuinely authentic South Indian food rather than a watered-down version, this place gets it right. It took me straight back to South India. Highly recommended.”

Everything we’ve tried has been amazing, especially the Chicken 65 Biryani — it’s full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The service is just as impressive. “We just had food here in Chennai biriyani. The food and taste was awesome, the quantity is perfect. Ordered Chicken Biriyani, chicken pakoda, Chicken fried rice and Parota veg curry. All items taste was very nice, chicken biryani with less masala and taste is good, the prices in chicken fried rice are well roasted and tasty, parota is very fluffy and soft. Prices are also reasonable. I highly recommend this place. The people at the counter were very respectful and friendly approach.”
