“We had purchased 3x HAG Capisco 8106 chairs (2 for the study and 1 for office) from Back in Action and had them shipped to Hong Kong. My husband and I spend material time gaming when we're not working so chair comfort is a priority. We were looking to replace the HM-Setu chairs with the Capisco since my husband felt the Setu was cutting off the circulation in his leg. With the exchange rate at the time of purchase, the price of 3 Capiscos + shipping were the same as buying 2 in Hong Kong (and the Hong Kong shop didn't allow us to place an order with our color/fabric specs which was pretty pointless). Kuvesh was so kind to ensure all our specifications were met and looked after the logistics so that the chairs arrived promptly and seamlessly delivered to HK once manufactured. So if you're from abroad and there's a price differential, I would definitely encourage you to enquire if Back in Action can ship to you, especially the price differential is in your favour. I would also advise you to look directly at kvadrat's website for details on fabric choice - the chair is not cheap so you need to love every part of it! Comfortable seat height and back-rest height (not infants school seating!). Substantial seat pads and back cushions, none of your 2" thick stuff! Good communication regarding delivery timings. Delivered as agreed, promptly and well wrapped. Absolutely delighted with it!”

Carol was very helpful providing advice and a quote over email, and kept me informed of expected lead in times. She even advised me on how to secure a discount on my chosen fabric. It was really helpful for me that the quote included a collection and delivery service. The end result is even better than I expected. Very neat and professional, with expert pattern matching on the pair of chairs, even though I'd forgotten to specify this. They also carefully kept all fabric cuttings and returned them to me, again without being asked. Could not recommend strongly enough.”
