Sophie is just wonderful and goes above and beyond, from emailing the hotels to request side by side rooms and twin beds from the boys, to aiding with Check Out. The TUI app can be a bit temperamental at times. She is also incredibly patient and happy to spend time with us searching for the right destination and hotels. We are very indecisive. Fantastic service all round with the lovely Sophie being that cherry on top.”

“Paula and the team were absolutely amazing with our new boy! He is very anxious as recently rehomed with us and was very scruffy and matted after being in kennels. After his groom looked like a different dog! And he was very bouncy and happy so they'd clearly made him feel at ease, and even managed to get all the problem areas! Completely amazing! “I have been coming to the beauty stop for several years now and I must say that the treatment services provided (waxing, eyebrows) is fantastic! The staff here are very professional, friendly and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I specifically get my treatments done by a fab lady called Sweetie (highly recommended booking with her). She is very consistent and thorough and handles my sensitive skin with care when doing a full body wax - providing helpful advice. I really like the price of treatments as it’s affordable especially in this economy where prices are continuously rising. The store itself appealing interior wise, clean and spacious! I will continue to come to this store and again will urge friends and family to check out Emma’s beauty!”
