“I ordered 6 bottles of wine on 23rd December knowing I was unlikely to receive by Christmas but hoping for New Year. Tim offered to drop the wine off that evening, even though I do not live close to Cobham. I did not notice his email. But the wine still arrived by courier on Christmas Eve morning, only 18 hours from ordering. For a small company I think that’s wonderful. Above and beyond expectation.”

“Flew in for lunch in my friend’s helicopter for lunch with my daughters. Beautiful pub inside and out, but we sat outside in a lovely shady table. Great menu with a wide and original variety of tempting dishes, I started with lobster Thermidor crumpet which was delicious with a very generous amount of lobster. Had chicken Kiev for main, which was also very tasty, although perhaps a bit lacking in oozing garlic butter. Service was perfect from the lovely Holly! Overall, a sublime pub to visit, whether by land or air.”

“Gorgeous pub, nice service. I had the surf and turf and have to say both steak and lobster were delicious. Cooked to perfection. The chips were lovely too. Others had sausages and mash, smoked salmon sandwich and the ribs. There were empty plates and reduced chatter as we all enjoyed our food. It’s a ye olde world pub which has bundles of character. There’s parking there too which is handy.”

“We had such a lovely time at Woodlands Park Hotel. Before we arrived Aysha from reception called me to ensure everything would run smoothly. She ensured we had adjoining rooms and was so welcoming when we arrived. The excellent service continued at dinner and also breakfast. Portions were amazing and honestly could not fault anything. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and we would definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff who were extremely attentive.”

“Beautiful hidden restaurant in the golf course, open to the public. Only found as our original restaurant was cancelled. The outside seating is lovely & serene - the lake makes for a gorgeous view. The peach & goat's cheese salad was delicious, portion size was filling. The chicken florentine was a nice portion, but was quite dry - I has to request more sauce. Staff were attentive & enquired if all was ok. Would like to go back & try more on the menu. The wedding on that day was lovely too - congratulations!. I did have a lovely video of the venue but no option to attach it!. All in all a good lunch in nice surroundings.”

“Such a great store! Really beautiful and special fashion. And the owner Sally is incredibly nice! I fell in love with a dress from her store and sent her a message. Although the store doesn't normally ship outside the UK, Sally went to a lot of trouble to change the online store system and make shipping to Germany possible. I was able to wear this wonderful dress to my best friend's wedding. I can wholeheartedly recommend this enchanting store to everyone.”

“Great salon. I regularly come here for waxing treatments and the team are so lovely and helpful. Always pleased with the results and even find it to be quite relaxing! I also just had my hair coloured here for the first time and I am equally pleased with the outcome. Kerri did a beautiful job finding the right colour and I am delighted with it. Plus I have found myself to be allergic to salon dyes at other places, whereas the products used here are natural and organic so I have no problems. Additionally, the reception staff are also very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this salon.”

Alex has been excellent as a financial advisor with very clear expectation setting regarding investments and personal lifetime financial goals. Alex has been excellent. He is naturally risk adverse when advising on investments and financial commitments, but that is a good thing.”

“I went to Sweaty Betty in Cobham today to find some running shorts. Jane and Kim both went above and beyond with trying to find the styles and sizes I asked for and were extremely helpful in making recommendations along the way, with a friendly, positive attitude the whole time. I know what it’s like having to work a weekend and was very appreciative of their chirpy demeanour. Every store I’ve visited has always had helpful staff, which is why I keep going back. Great experience and I’m thrilled with my purchases.”
