He was friendly, gentle with my boy, and highly informative in giving exercises to help my little one relieve discomfort after feeding. He took his time to explain everything to us and examine him which I was very grateful for. Lovely front of house staff too, would recommend to any parents who may be having issues a paediatric osteopath could help with.”

“I was booked in with Boots in Uxbridge for a rabies jab today, the first of 3. The booking has been in place for 3 weeks and I have been waiting my turn. This morning I got a cancellation due to staff sickness. They gave me a number to ring which turned out to be their deliveries hub and when I rang Boots the store and chose option 3 for the pharmacy I was greedted with a message saying that they were too busy to take my call. Please call back and they hung up. I tried 4 times without success. Having planned my working week around today I then set about trying to find somewhere to get this done today. My first call was to Garners also knows as The Uxbridge Travel Clinic and they said they could fit me in today as long as I did not turn up between 1pm and 2pm which was no doubt lunch time I got there about 1420, paid to park just outside and went in After about a minute I was asked to fill out a form and then asked to sit in a cubicle where I was joined by a member of staff The injecion was given efficiently and the whole procedure took may be less than 15 minutes I was very impressed by the whole thing and will go back for Rabies part two next week I can whole heartedly recommend this pharmacy”

“This place surely isn't the biggest or most privately contained cafe in a hospital, but that really is the beauty of it. Run by volunteers, these people were wonderful to talk to, and not only to see them with the choice to dedicate this time, but simply considering how long some have lived for (e.g. age 92), and how good their health is. Onto the actual cafe! The price of food here from sandwiches to cafe drinks is the type of reasonable I am expecting and am so happy to see, when comparing to such, including the Costa in the hospital. In my opinion that includes the range of cakes, biscuits and bars too! Having my [veg] sandwhich toasted made it extra fulfilling, and the cappuccino was super! And it gets better: All profits made, go to a certain division of the hospital. More people should visit this cafe to appreciate the efforts devoted by volunteers here. Hospitals should have more affordable, lovingly run cafe's like this! Obviously that doesn't even have to be as a patient!”

“Golds gym is a great all rounder gym with great changing rooms which house a woman’s only jacuzzi, steam and sauna. The swimming pool is great and also has another jacuzzi. The gym has two floors of equipment, with an extensive weight selection. The classes are very popular so book early to avoid dis-appointment. The cleaners work really hard in keeping the gym lovely and clean and the staff are all very helpful and welcoming.”
