“Really glad I stumbled on this shop! A nice little corner shop nestled away from the pandemonium of Kings Cross station. Beautifully made schnitzel sandwiches and salads and super friendly staff. The deli has an arrangement of food that suits lunch time. Take away or eat there on one of the tables out the front. I had a pesto schnitzel pasta salad, the pesto was delicious and tasted home made.”

Adam talked me through the haircut for a good few minutes before starting, explaining different varieties of the style whilst having a great chat about boxing and footie - honestly the best haircut & experience I've ever had. “I was pleasantly surprised by Ellie. At first sight she looked young and slender without obvious muscle to give me a deep tissue massage. Yet she rigorously relieved the knots around my neck & shoulders. With good pressure, and occasional warmed oil. And didn't appear exhausted from it afterwards ! Relaxing air purifying & calming music enhanced the experience. The rooms here are also good sizes. If it's always this good, I'll be pleased to go back.”

“Manthan completely changed the way I think about Indian food. Their £30 Festive Linner is incredible value — six well-executed dishes with Michelin-level finesse. The Ghati Masala Prawns and Buttermilk Chicken were standout starters, and the Tulsi Chicken Chop was beautifully grilled. Both mains were flavourful and comforting, especially with the dal, rice and paratha on the side. Service was warm, and the peacock-blue townhouse setting in Mayfair feels elegant without being pretentious. A fantastic spot for refined Indian dining at a very reasonable price.”

“Arguably the best pub in Putney. Independently owned pub with a constantly rotating selection of great beers and ales, friendly service, and board games available which is always nice! There is a small beer garden if you are a smoker, but I wouldn’t bank on getting a seat. Also, staff are always friendly and helpful in recommending a good drink!”
