“Have been eating here since I was a small child although it was the starburger then I believe and I am sure they used to serve Sunday roast and desert. (edit try still do!) :-) Anyway the food is always good and what you would expect from a cafe. Any mistakes are always swiftly rectifies in the rare event there is one. The kids Love eating here and my daughter has asked if she can have a birthday party here. Would always recommend this fabulous family run cafe.”

“After getting measurements spectacularly wrong, we were left with a brand new corner sofa stuck in the middle of our tiny living room not knowing what to do. “We've been using Magic Wok for over 20 years now and I have to say the portion sizes and the consistency of the very tasty food hasn't changed at all over this time. I was quite surprised that our last takeaway only cost £32 and fed four adults comfortably. This compares very favourably to lots of other takeaway choices nowadays. Always polite and speedy service too, which helps. I note some reviews saying the food arrived cold and maybe collection would work better for them, as it's always been piping hot and freshly cooked whenever I've collected, to the extent that unpacking the foil trays needs care as it's super hot when i get home! Thoroughly recommended.”
