We stood looking at the menu almost in disbelief at how good the prices were in comparison to neighbouring outlets. The food was excellent, served quickly and all fresh. Portion sizes were generous so there is no compromise just because the price is lower. Very welcoming staff who are genuinely pleased to serve you. “Really chill spot at the back of a Chinese supermarket. My boyfriend and I tried a few dishes and everything was so good! We had the congee, wonton soup, pork bao, and scallop dim sum. The bao were amazing — super fluffy and tasty! The staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back.”

“We visited Sakonis Wembley for a casual dinner and had a fantastic experience. We were seated in a comfy booth, which made the meal feel relaxed and private. The restaurant itself was clean, stylish, and had a modern, upmarket feel – a really nice setting for both casual dining and special occasions. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout, and the food was the real star of the evening. We ordered a variety of dishes: Chilli Paneer, Chilli Garlic Mushrooms, Masala Mogo, Channa Bhatura, Crispy Bhajia, and Sev Puri – and every dish delivered bold, vibrant flavours. The chilli paneer had that perfect sweet-heat balance with a nice bite to the paneer. The garlic mushrooms were rich and packed with umami, while the masala mogo was crispy on the outside and soft inside, coated in a tangy, spicy masala that kept us going back for more. The sev puri and channa bhatura were full of texture and depth, with just the right amount of spice and seasoning. Even the crispy bhajia stood out – crunchy, light, and not at all greasy. Every plate was well-balanced, fresh, and beautifully seasoned. You could really tell that the kitchen takes pride in quality and consistency. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal in a lovely setting. We’ll definitely be returning for another round soon!”

“Had an amazing experience at Station 31 (Bombay Chow), a spot that truly nails the Indo-Chinese fusion. We ordered the Masala Peanuts, Tandoori Wings, Tandoori Chicken, and Lollipops – and every bite packed a punch. The Lollipops were the absolute highlight – crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavour. Easily some of the best we’ve had! The tandoori items were beautifully spiced and grilled to perfection, and the masala peanuts were perfect combination of spicy and a great way to start the meal. The ambiance is vibrant and energetic, perfect for a casual night out. If you’re craving bold, spicy, and satisfying Indo-Chinese food, Station 31 is a must-visit.”

“This was my first time being in Croydon and surprisingly this store had just opened. So i went in for a look as i needed a new sofa for in the house. Got myself a brand new sofa and it sooo comfy. Staff were really helpful and the delivery man was great! Carried it up two sets of stairs as i live in a flat”
