The kids were tired (in a good way) in the first hour with lots of active games outside, but also enjoyed creating Lego objects and sharing their ideas to friends. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. “Very stylish hotel in central location with top transport links. Rooms are quiet and beds are great. Lots of Amenities , pool and spa are icing on the cake. Service is top. Only two small things to fault during our stay - the Aircon seems to reset when u leave the room and was always cold on return , had to turn temperature back up and we had a lovely view but very dirty widows. Go and find the hidden lovely hotel bar around a corner”

We just stopped here for a quick coffee and it was so good, the espresso is really easy drinking and BIG, if you want a decent sized espresso this is the place to go! Also the guy making the coffee of potentially the nicest man in all SE London coffee places, he's so friendly. We'll definitely be back here for drinks, snacks and music another time.”
