“Went in for a lunch deal, which at £6.99 is quite reasonable for burger and fries. Burger was delicious, generous portion of fries, and plenty of sauce on the side. Was cooked to order so was hot and fresh. Really tasty. Will be back again for lunch.”

“Thank you Tom and the Team at Benchmarx Croydon. We came in with an idea for a kitchen, very plain white, and left with an amazing blue kitchen. Tom showed us loads of different options, on their clever design station and this opened up a whole new world of kitchen design for us! The design stage was very useful, with all the things we wanted added to the spec. Delivery was quick and straightforward and they guys from Benchmarx came in site to make sure all was going well. As we are nearing the end of our build, complete with blue kitchen, we are really please to have found Benchmarks. Thanks again.”

She thought outside of the box and brought ideas to the table that we hadn't previously considered, but which were perfect for the space. “Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

“Had the vegetarian pho, it was fresh and flavoursome, big portion, served quickly and hot with friendly riendly polite service. With so many chain restaurants around these days this place is a really good independent alternative, highly recommend you try this place next time you fancy noodles or rice in Croydon!”

“I've found this spot some time ago, frankly it needs a mention. Easily one of the most under rated venues in Croydon. The staff are down to earth, helpful and add a vibrant splash of colour to the place, those they come into contact with love them. Thanks in particular to Amanda and Zoe for their service, made my visit extra special. Will update with further visit and share for one and all. People give them a try!! ❤️”

“The food and service here is always amazing. The food is so fresh, authentic and reasonably priced. We always get the lamb samosa, dosa, chilli paneer, methi lamb and poori/garlic naan. Our waiter is there is always so attentive and helpful.”

“Amazing store, super professional and immaculately clean and well presented.....a joy to walk around. The staff especially Hanifah were not pushy, she allowed us time to browse and was very attentive and friendly when needed. Luckily our chosen sofa was in stock and within two weeks it was delivered and set up in our house by a very professional and punctual delivery company (Humber services Ltd). We would certainly come here again and have already recommended to friends and family due to the 5* service we received.”

“Wow!! My second time here and I absolutely love the food and the lovely staff. I travelled 40 mins and I am not disappointed at all. Food fresh and cooked properly , we even got a free cake. We spent £30 for 2 large meals with rice , plantain and coleslaw , a large side of fried fish , 2 dumplings and drinks. All this for £30 and cooked perfectly in 2025 ?? You won’t find a better place than here. You definitely need to come here!! We couldn’t even wait to get home we ate in the car right in front of the shop lol.”
