“My son and I had a lovely time in the cafe today (Saturday), we both ordered burgers and chips, the food and service was lovely, young lady who served us was polite and friendly, we had a great time. A Saturday morning breakfast or just a cup of tea perfect.”

“We arrived late after travelling in the pouring rain and staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed here before and find it is a great base for our trips into central London. “I stay at NOX Edgware Road regularly as it actually works out cheaper (and easier!) than getting the train in from home. I’ve always had a really pleasant experience — the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the showers are great! I know some of the reviews on here aren’t the best, but personally, I’ve never had a problem. It’s perfect for a short stay in London, and the location is ideal. Always a reliable, comfortable option for me.”

“Hands down the best B and B to say not only just in London but I would go as far as saying in the uk. A warm welcome at the door by a lovely family and they make u feel welcomed. Room upgraded at no extra cost. Only 2 of us but gave an extra bed ;). And so kind enough to give us a downstairs ensuite and a cup of tea. Facilities were extraordinary and lovely homey vibe. Thank you for the memories and hand on heart this is one stay I’ll never forget until the next time x”

“First time trying Shrunk Burgers and I haven't stopped thinking about it. The food is so tasty and delicious every bite that I had was pure enjoyment. The food was cooked to a standard of 10/10 also to be mentioned the customer service is really good along side the place being clean. For sure going back in a few days to try other things on the menu.”

“I saw this shop online and went there and try their sandwiches which were very good especially the paneer tikka sandwich which was very good and their masala chips were very great which made me remind my childhood and their chai was also very good. I’ve already had a delicious mozzarella and roasted veg roll, a luxury matcha green tea with vanilla, and the homemade banana and chocolate croissant was a real treat! And such lovely people serving. “Lovely place with some of the best coffee I’ve had - intense flavour without the bitterness that a lot of the bigger coffee franchises have. Pastries+cakes looked really fresh and nice as well. Ambience is great, and the owner is highly invested and really kind to his staff. He designed everything himself, which I think is so impressive! A gem in the local area and deserves more recognition, don’t get your coffee anywhere else.”

“this place is perfect for Wembley, 5 minutes walk to the tube and then 6 minutes to Wembley, the host is lovely, very clean room with toilet and shower, there a 3 parking spots on the drive, at weekend you can park on the road,”

“Went to Chaii & Spice with my sister and nephew today. The lady was lovely and our food was ready quite quickly. The atmosphere is calm and the board game tables are a nice touch. The food was well priced and had a homely feel, we especially enjoyed the papdi chaat and the karak chaii. Would definitely recommend coming here and supporting this family-owned restaurant.”

“This place came highly recommended to me and it did not disappoint! The food is super tasty, very friendly staff and they gave good and honest advise when ordering. Overall the food for me is better then most if not all Indian veg restaurants in the north/northwest London area. I normally travel to Wembley areas for a good Indian veg or dosa place but this restaurant easily bets them all. We ordered Crispy Bhajiya, Chilli Paneer, Pani Puri, Masala Mogo, Paneer Butter Masala, South Indian Thali, Chana Batura, Paneer Fried Rice, Plain Dosa and Bullet Naan. Everything we ordered was spot on and tasted very nice. If I had to say anything negative about the food it was that the Chana was a bit on the hard side, I prefer mines soft, but thats all. I am a meat eater but as far as veg food goes I have not had better even in a meat restaurant. Highly recommended if you are thinking about going!”

“Just had a fabulous birthday party at Samis for 24 people. The table was beautifully laid in the colours I requested, the food was exactly what I asked for and the service was excellent. It was so successful that the guests didn't want to leave! A true sign of a successful evening!”

“Really enjoyed the meal at the Reindeer cafe! They offer traditional canto style dishes at a very high standard. The charsiu was perfectly cooked with a good balance of fattiness and lean meat, with a subtle hint of sweetness from the honey. The roast duck was really tender and flavourful as well. The garlic choi sum was simple but delicious — well seasoned, not stiff or overcooked at all, and you can really taste the wok hei. Our highlight of the meal was the lamb hotpot, it was so tasty and the lamb literally just slides off the bone!! The portion size was generous so I’m glad that we brought some Tupperwares with us, wouldn’t want to waste any of this delicious food!! There’s a bakery in the cafe as well — we’ve particularly enjoyed the coconut peanut 糯米糍(mochi) and the egg tart. And oh! Don’t forget the milk tea too, which was made to perfection and perhaps even better than some of the 茶餐廳 I’ve been to in HK. Will definitely come back again for another meal!!”
