“Ordered online and was able to pick up very quickly, after parking in their fairly large car park. No queues at all and staff brought my goods within a few minutes. Have been here many times and have always been able to get stuff quickly and easily, handy when in the middle of a DIY project.”

Their customer service was excellent and having spent a couple of hours going through all of our options (in order to fully replace an existing bathroom) their help and guidance was fantastic. “Been here before to pick up just avocado maki; this time I was in a rush so explained this to the shop owner who was professional and polite, said he could make me up a sushi box in the 10 mins I had if I chose quickly. After changing my choice a couple of times he was patient enough to go with it and I settled on the Omega Box (8 Salmon & Avocado Rolls, 6 Salmon Maki, 6 Avocado Maki) which came with soya sauce, wasabi paste (firmer and drier than usual sushi box wasabi, possibly better quality?) - with a 10% takeaway discount it came to £11.69. Sushi rice was room-temperature (as best enjoyed), well-seasoned and good texture, fresh-tasting fish and avocado, with a good amount of filling in the salmon & avocado rolls; really enjoyed and plan to return!”

“Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

“Actually so confused about the bad reviews. I ordered before looking at them - saw the bad reviews as food was en route and had a bit of a panic. The food was hot upon arrival, flavoursome and didnt inflict any sort of food poisoning- and I have a VERY weak stomach when it comes to food related illnesses. Again, flabbergasted at the bad reviews- 10/10 would order again!”

“Tried this place again as first time when it opened I was a little disappointed with the miso soup and gunkan which I found to be too salty and flavourless. This did not disappoint this time, the bubble tea was refreshing (ordered with less ice and less sugar), the food was delicious and decent portion sizes. Could pick up wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce for free as additions. Very friendly customer service, patient and helpful with all my questions and changing my mind. I plan to return here again, lovely place!”

“I really liked the atmosphere, it reminded me a lot of Italy. The food is excellent, the dishes are beautiful, the wine is very good. The prices vary, but overall it is not expensive. The atmosphere is not very large, so if there are a lot of people it is a good idea to make a reservation, especially on the weekend. But I will come back if possible. It is not wheelchair accessible, there is a small staircase at the entrance.”

“A big Lidl. The point of interest: the tree outside the entrance is taken over by green parakeets! The most unusual experience when they come every evening to sleep there! The shrill of hundreds parakeets is something else, for sure!”

“Food is delicious, especially the chicken and black bean sauce and Hong Kong style chicken. Really sweet lady who works in the store. Delivery is super fast. Originally we use to go to phoenix, but their food quality dropped, so we tried new star and have been happy ever since.”
