“Mr Khan cooked today the most wonderful lamb tandoori chops superb. Followed by an excellent biriani with chicken lamb and prawns topped with an omelette and a vegetable curry sauce. “They bother answering the phone. Asked security man who was near the self-checkouts if I could pay by cash he informed me that I could. Special offer price that appears online and says "Nectar price" don't apply in the small/local store even if you have Nectar card, the item will still be on special offer but a little bit more expensive than the price you'd pay at the big store/supermarket. On a cake I paid 25p more”

“I went to Boots in Hounslow West because I needed the teething gel for my baby to relieve his pain. No pharmacy in our area had these kind of products available, but this Boots had such a wide range. When I arrived the store was close because the staff members had a lunch break, which I forgot to check prior to my visit, however Dharmen, one of the staff members notice me waiting outside and open the door for me. Not only that, but he also asked immediately what I'm looking to purchase and he was very quick to find the perfect product for my baby. I did not have to wait long to pay and I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was during my visit. I wish more people had such an excellent customer service skills as Dharmen has!”

“We as family had to visit VFS office at Hounslow for work. Elsie at Hounslow branch was patient supportive and guided us promptly each time. Elsie was organised and thorough and advised what to be done. She gave us enough time to go back after making appropriate changes to papers.
