I contacted Paul and sent photos, he gave me a price and we arranged a date. Paul was happy to rearrange the date and when he came assessed both seats I had, replaced the spring and sorted the sagging seats. End result seats are as new. “We had such a lovely experience. My mum has rheumatoid arthritis and needs shoes with extra padding and arch support. We were looked after by a lovely lady called Deborah. She made us feel really welcome and had a thorough consultation asking my mum exactly what she wanted in a shoe. Any time a shoe wasn't quite right she knew what to do to solve issues. My mum left with a pair of sandals, shoes and boots! Not only is she finding walking easier she has shoes that make her feel good. Thank you for your care, energy and sense of humour Deborah! “We have tried a small number of groomers in the past and Hugo has been so nervous and reluctant to go the last groomer, due to an incident... But then we found Eddie's!! The girls are absolutely amazing, Hugo runs up the stairs to see them and his tail is happy wagging the entire time. He always looks extra handsome once he comes out!
