“We went on a Friday night for our Anniversary, the weather had been great but we sat inside and it was nice and cool. There was a DJ playing old skool RnB which was a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and we met the owner, who was really lovely and very passionate about the food. The croquette were amazing and very authentic, we also had tacos to start which were delicious. The tiramisu ( which I’m always a big fan of as a dessert) came with a Japanese twist but was inspired and also really delicious. A great spot and well worth checking out for an intimate meal, big party or even a family dinner.”

“This is a great place to get sushi - the conveyor belt is fun but also if you can’t find what you want on it, you’re able to order other items from the menu. The staff are nice and friendly and the only real issue is that it can get a bit busy/crowded on weekends so it isn’t always possible to get the waiter’s attention sometimes. I don’t really blame them because it’s a really busy place and the quality of the sushi is great. It’s definitely worth it for the price and the food is pretty filling. The variety of salmon sushi made me happy and the cheesecake dessert is also quite good. Prawn crackers are tasty as well. Sometimes if you order non sushi items, it can take awhile to get your food (my friend had to wait for almost 30 minutes which wasn’t good but I could see the chefs were very busy!).”

“The food at YO Sushi in Tesco is really good. Always go to get the Korean chicken bites, Korean bites with salad, and the katsu curry. Averages around £6 a meal which isn’t too bad. Would really recommend trying. If you need anything the staff there are always on hand to assist with and queries”

“I am so shocked after reading negative opinions because my one is absolutely opposite so I decided to write a review as well. We order Mr Sushi around for a year now (as soon as they appeared on Just Eat app). Delivery time is like usual when you use delivery apps +/- 45 minutes. Food is always fresh and tasty, soups are nicely warm. Deep fried chicken Yakiudon is life :D I would highly recommend it as we love sushi and we've eaten it in many places. This is definitely in top 5.”

Ordered a takeaway What we ordered: - Chicken Iskender £16.00 Shakshuka £4.00 Halloumi £4.50 Chicken Mix £22.00 They also kindly chucked in some Turkish bread, dips, salad and something extra which I’m not too sure what it was but tasted great. Collected from the restaurant and saved on Uber fees. Food was great and would prob try dining in.”

“My wife and I have always loved Korean food. Been to many places around the UK, have friends from Korea, and have been to Seoul as well. This is a great place. It has that Korean homemade feel to their food. Not going to lie, it’s not flashy food, it’s not trying to be in your face, it’s not instagrammable. It isn’t overly spiced. It’s not trying to adhere to the local palette. Instead, it feels genuine, fresh, and from the heart-like a lovely homemade meal. To us that defines what a 5 star review should be. “During our trip to Watford to visit the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio, we discovered this restaurant completely by chance. For our arrival lunch, the four of us had an absolutely delightful meal. Both the children and the adults loved every dish. The food was exquisite, and we received a very warm welcome. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to return for dinner the following evening before the end of our stay, and we were just as impressed with the other dishes we tried. I tried already 3 times , the lamb chops amazing , the polo Milanese amazing but I have a request: bring back the fillet steak . I don’t like the ribeye steak so please do that but the rest is all good . Guys if you didn’t try yet I promise you is the best place to eat in Watford . “An amazing vegan experience (was there with a non-vegan also). So so many vegan options on the menu that there was almost too much choice! (Almost - in truth, you can never have too many vegan options - I’m just not used to having so much choice that I ordered too much food and had to take some away!) I ordered 4 dishes off the lunch mezza selection; the Hummus Beirute, spicy cauliflower, moussaka and the falafel. The hummus was so fresh and proper homemade traditional style. The cauliflower was probably a standout favourite for me, but genuinely all the food was fantastic and I’d highly recommend it. The staff were so friendly and helpful; very knowledgeable about their vegan dishes and pointing out their own personal favourites. The restaurant vibe is really traditional Lebanese and I loved the decor.”
