However they treat everyone here equally and keep you updated as the earlier appointments do run over. Card payment is accepted here I wasn't sure about cash tho. Big waiting area so no issues there. Also the car park is free to use for customers only. Plenty of space and also they have disabled bays.”

Upon arrival we were greeted by Sarah with a huge smile and very caring nature, Sarah did everything in Her power to calm my very nervous rescue dog . We were called into to see the vet who was really l lovely and caring . Agata called on Sarah for some help to calm my dog and proceeded to give him a very gentle and thorough examination . Medication was dispensed. Everywhere was very clean . I left feeling happy that all my concerns and questions had been addressed.”

“I started going to the Queen’s Clinic in 2018 for my yearly check-ups and I have always been coming in when I have any issue or doubts as I trust doctor Ismail’s knowledge. He also provides a great explanation of what is going on, he is very detail oriented when taking notes and provide treatment options which I believe is very important (for the patient to feel they are getting the full picture). The clinic also has a very friendly service from the nurses and the admin team. Would strongly recommend the Queen’s clinic and Dr. Ismail Ahmed in particular!”

Zoom appointment was conducted as scheduled with the results certificate arriving 30mins later by email. A mistake on the certificate, which was entirely our fault was rectified with out a quibble and quickly. Couldn't fault the service or speed at answering emails and making good my mistake. They’re so polite and happy and jolly, just like me ha ha, they make you forget the reason you’re here. Janet, who welcomed me into my room was very professional but also very jolly and courteous. They must be training their staff very well. The hospital Itself, you feel like you’ve entered into a five star hotel. Everything seems brand-new. Professor Mehta, Who performed my procedure, is also exceptional. Not only does he do a brilliant job but his demeanour is first class and he’s very friendly. On the final note when you come out of your Procedures, they offer you an absolutely fantastic breakfast or lunch. This is an Excellent place with a fantastic staff. I can’t praise them enough. Thanks to all the guys here.”
