“My BMW 640i, originally went in for a major service + engine warning light. In short the engine had serious faults, which BMERC methodically took the time to diagnose one part at a time, ie rather than change a whole bunch of parts and not solve the issue. “Booking was easier than other places via the website. £50 for my car pay on the day. Staff very friendly and advised one my anti roll bars was loose. Expected it to fail on this but informed me they had tighten this up. Did fail on back number plate lights but they kindly swapped the bulb and done the retest on it there and then. For a council run place I know their truthful in the MOT as they do not do the repair work.”
