“If you’re looking for a place where the pints are as refreshing as the banter, look no further than The Partridge in Bromley! I popped in for a quick pint and ended up staying for hours – the atmosphere was just that infectious. The decor is a delightful mix of quirky and cozy, making you feel right at home (if your home had an endless supply of top-notch beer, that is). The staff? Absolute legends. They know their stuff and have a knack for making you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. I went for a pint of their finest brew, and let me tell you, it was like a hug in a glass – smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of froth. And let’s not forget the crowd. It’s a lively bunch, full of characters who could easily star in their own sitcom. By the end of the night, I felt like I had made a dozen new friends and laughed more than I had in ages. In short, The Partridge is the place to be if you want great beer, great company, and a guaranteed good time. Five stars all the way!”

“Amazing pub with friendly staff and the food is really tasty. The first time I came they even allowed me to have the kids roast as I wasn’t too hungry and it was lovely. Tried their mini plates today with chicken wings, kofta and mac and cheese croquettes which were great and also tried their bacon chop with the fantastic pepper sauce. The kids craft table on Sundays is fantastic and the reason we came back two Sundays in a row. Our daughter loves it there and the staff was great at letting the kids be creative and have fun. This is the reason why we will keep coming back on Sundays if they keep up the Kids Craft Table.”

“Grillos is somewhat now better than the so called Nando’s - always fresh and flavoursome. The guys who work here are also great and always really polite! Highly recommend trying if you haven’t already…”

“I've been at Swan and Mitre several times now and I keep coming back. The staff are great, the atmosphere and especially the food is stellar and there is always something fun going on. Mind you, I drive in from Rochester for this pub! So it's gotta be great :D”

“For years Bromley has been crying out for a decent cinema and now we have two! Bar and kitchen section has been done up well and the whole place has the art deco feel. Food was excellent.. I had the beef ragu which was slow cooked beef and delicious. One gripe would be the seating.. I've only been to screen one so far but the seating in row E (and possibly all the seating from there back) are just plain uncomfortable. They appear to be pushing you forward into some strange stress position! We moved to the row D and those seats could recline so problem solved”

“I usually don't do this, but if you desire a taste of home away from home, then you should consider treating yourself here. I was wowed by their delicious meal, amazing ambiance, professional Customer service. The wait time was short and food was the best I’ve eaten in England. Did I also mention the price was surprisingly affordable. I will return when next I'm in Bromley.”

“Free parking right out front if required off peak times. Staff most welcoming, arranged a group table with less than an hours notice. Value for money too the bill including drinks very reasonable. Warm atmosphere, could not want for anything more. Keep up the good work :)”

“We went to this restaurant on a Tuesday evening and was served by a lovely waitress called Sweety. She was very helpful in deciding what to order and made sure we were happy throughout the evening. We ordered the vada and mutton rolls to start and they were so fresh and delicious we even ordered another portion of vada. For our mains we ordered the masala dosa, mutton dosa, chicken kottu and chicken curry and everything was 10/10 so flavourful and cooked to perfection. We finished the meal with a masala chai which was delightful. We would like to thank Sweety for our lovely evening and can’t wait to come back here, especially on a weekend to try the hoppers!”

“Very nice restaurant, there's a nice little outside space where we sat. The food is classic Mediterranean but done very well. Portions aren't massive but it's enough, prices are decent. The service was very friendly and the seats were very comfy. Good place.”

“I booked a table for our work Christmas dinner. The restaurant was very booked but Copper Ceylon was so accommodating trying to get us a table. Everyone commented on how lovely the food and restaurant was and I think everyone in our party will go back. The only slight issue was how loud it was, it was very difficult to hear each other, however this was down to the Christmas period and how full the restaurant was and no reflection on the ambience on a normal day. Is so nice to have such a great place in Bromley that is run by lovely people and very reasonable with cost too.”

“An absolute gem of a café. A happy little haven to retreat to for the best coffee and cake. The food is glorious and the staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel very welcome. Just lovely.”

“Wonderful staff, 10/10 food. We’ve ordered takeaway from Mittee several times and it never misses!! However, this was our first time attending the restaurant in-person. The meat in the curries just melts in your mouth, the onion bhajis are amazing and the service is brilliant. We will definitely be back!”

“I had to travel to Keston for a family event and wanted us to gather for brunch before. Heathfields was perfect. Hasn’t been before but received a very warm welcome. Big table in the window seated us all (7) and was a lovely setting. Sunday Brunch all round; Eggs Benedict, Crushed Arvo on toast. All food excellent. If I lived locally I’d be here very weak!”

“Went for brunch on Sunday without a reservation. Had to wait for about 10-15 Mon for a table for 4 but all worth it. Had smashed avocado and American pancakes, my other half had pulled pork. All was great and looking forward to our next visit. Menu was looking great. Felt bright and modern. Service was polite, quick and efficient.”

The owner and the team were so friendly and helpful (they explained they had run out of till roll for my receipt, so emailed me - then checked I had the email). The food was delicious and the portions big. All in all, great value - we had 3x mains, 2x sides and 3 drinks for £48. Also, it was really clean and well kept. Strongly recommend this place - we will come back!”

“We attended the Breakfast with Santa today with our children, it was truly amazing. The breakfasts were delicious and the service was faultless. There were so many wonderful arts and crafts for the children to do, as well as a visit from Santa. Located in the heart of Bromley South, just in front of the station. My advice is even if you're late don't miss the opportunity to enjoy a good cup of coffe or tea..”

“The pho and bun hue (spicy pho) are amazing - incredibly delicious and authentic. I hope this restaurant hasn’t closed down permanently cause we’d lose a great spot, and it’s very hard to find an authentic pho that is this good.”
