“Very clean pleasant rooms and generously laden with freebies such as toiletries, water and biscuits. The best part is the bar and restaurant downstairs. The food is top quality and the room has to be seen to be believed as no 2D photo will do it justice. It is like stepping into Wonderland with Alice. The staff are lovely as well; attentive, helpful and genuinely charming. I had an early start the next day so was disturbed by the music until 1am but it is worth a little lack of sleep for the spectacular visual experience and warm welcome I received. Tunes were good too. This place is like nowhere on Earth.”

After raising a few issues, the Duty Manager, Mohamadou listened carefully and resolved everything, completely turning our experience around. All staff were kind and welcoming. They were correct to challenge as our ideas were not suitable. We went with their recommendations and we were delighted with the results.
