“I had a wonderful stay at the ibis Hotel Hounslow. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by two lovely reception staff members, Lynette and Noopur. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful — their kindness really made me feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. “It was so heartbreaking to meet back to an islamic school right at the opposite corner close by from this hotel, 9 years after and discover that it is no more an Arabic school instead the students and Muslim teachers had relocated to a different far place, 3 years after.”

“Your man at the reception is absolutely nice, gentle and helpful. I had several inconveniences prior to my check in and because I couldn't communicate with the hotel on time to advise about my delay my reservation was cancelled. But your man managed to check me in and he also allowed me to stay an hour longer. My stay was a bit chaotic but the service I had from the hotel was absolutely fab. Really helpful receptionist, really nice with people and for the way I was treated I would certainly come back and I will certainly recommend to people I know. For a night stay it deffo did the job. Comfy bed, everything clean and good staff. I can only thank and share my appreciation.”

“We ordered our kids mattresses and a super king bed and mattress. Ambi was very helpful in explaining the different types of beds and mattress and helped us get what we needed. The delivery was super quick and the guys made the bed and set everything up. I would definitely go back and recommend to everyone.”

If you’re looking for genuinely authentic South Indian food rather than a watered-down version, this place gets it right. It took me straight back to South India. Highly recommended.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Amazing Experience!** I visited this café today and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff joycelyn and shilpi made me feel right at home with their friendly service. The food was delicious—I tried the classic chicken paratha roll and the LPC omelette, both of which were excellent. The highlight for me was the *kadak chai*. It had the perfect blend with the milk—honestly one of the best chais I’ve ever tasted! Definitely a must-try spot. Highly recommended! ☕✨”

“Stayed for two nights, thanks to a layover coming home from Italy. Perfect location for short term London visits. Took the Elizabeth train to West End one night and caught a bus to Oxford the next day...both conveniently from Heathrow. Room was plenty big enough and comfortable. Staff friendly throughout the stay. On last morning, went from room through airport security in less than 30 minutes. Will gladly stay here again for one- or two-night visits.”

“This is curry at its best. Perfectly simple menu, I mean very simple, so simple it is perfect. Chicken curry on the bone, chicken curry off the bone. Lots of vegetarian options what you see is what you get. The great thing about this place is you can take it home cold if you wish, heat it up at home. Costs half the price of getting food delivery at the weekend and the taste is spot on and fresh”

“Got them to fit wardeobes. Gave us absolutely great service from beginning to end. From meeting Sanjay at the ideal home show to after the final fit. Sanjay came to do a free visit to measure up and gave us an image and estimate within a day, with a competitive price (some other independent companies charge for this service) They gave us a 4 to 5 week completion date (comapared with two of the most popular wardrobe companies who where 11 to 15 weeks), but the kitchen shoppe beat theyre own time frame and completed within 3 weeks. The communication!!! Outstanding!!! I 1st dealt mainly with Sanjay and then Kunal, Sanjay was professional without being too formal. We had a watsapp for him which made communication so easy and he always responded so quickly. As well as Kunal who took charge of the delivery, setup and supervision of the two fitters. The fitters where so good such a shame i didnt get their names. Fitting was booked for a thurs and fri, there was a day delay which changed it to the fri and sat, however the fitters smashed it in a day! (Oh lets not forget the polite delivery guys too!) If i had to give a negative its two minor things, the pieces came without protection, I was worried about damage as we are under renovation with debris everywhere, but it is such good quality i haven't yet seen any damage. 2nd is that there was alot of saw dust, (ideally get fitted before carpet) and there are pieces left that we will have to dispose of (but we are under renovation so you never know they may come into use) We havnt moved in so we havn't started utilizing it yet. But id definitely recommend them and use them again.”

“Surprisingly, the restaurant was crowded on a Thursday evening & glad we had a reservation (which we booked at the desk at check-in). At the entry, we were greeted with a warm welcome by several staff & seated quickly. We ordered two burgers, Kickin Katsu & Bombay Burger - both were not spicy but sauce flavors were perfectly seasoned with curry spices making for tasty meals. This restaurant looks to be the type you make a good read on by observing the menu choices - 4-5 Indian/Asian fusion dishes could mean the steak or chicken dishes may disappoint. I would dine here again and try the curries.”

She was kind and helpful, she answered all of my questions and confirmed with the delivery man if the furniture will fit in the doorway. The delivery was fast and straightforward. I am satisfied with the purchase and the survice.”

“My council booked this hotel for me because a car run me ova on my leg I came here on Mon 14/7 I had no ID still they let me check in what a brilliant management+Staff+owner so clean service excellent helpful people free breakfast unlimited cafe/tea buses outside the hotel No 120/H20 very very very quite area every1 friendly Hounslow central 3 mins walk local pubs/parks nearby a lot asian cuisine restaurants nearby Heathrow airport near forget about 5/5 is trillion/trillion”

“Hounslow Retail Ltd trading as Reviving Interiors. Friendly gentleman helped me with afew quries regards to some of the products he sells. Nice chap. Shops located between KFC & Paddy Power. Selling goods from suitcases to curtains, rugs, bed sheets n much more. There is also a small mobile phone accessories section for all new and older models. Not sure if he does repairs tho.”
