“Relaxed service. Perfect cheese burger for £3. Perfect chocolate sundae. Chicken burger was so tasty it forced me to slow down to savour it which was another superb experience. The loo was perfectly clean. They have regulars which is the best compliment. The staff were all very approachable. Thank you for being a space of tranquillity in a crazy world.”

“A really nice place for authentic tasty Indian food. We had a gala time. The food was delicious. The manager very friendly and service professional. We had a three course meal with various starters, biryani and goan prawn curry for mains and pudding and kulfi for deserts with masala tea and coffee. All the dishes were made to taste, generous portions and with personal care. We also had few delicious cocktails while waiting for starters. I would highly recommend the place if you are looking for a nice clean place for family dine out with friendly professional service.”

“I celebrated my friend, Jennifer’s birthday here today. It was her third visit, and Ejder immediately recognised her — such a lovely personal touch! He even made her a black paper rose, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. The birthday arrangement was wonderful, with a sparkler on the cake and the staff singing happy birthday. Ejder truly made our day special — thank you for such a memorable and enjoyable experience! I highly recommend celebrating your birthday here — the atmosphere is really good and perfect for special occasions.”

“Different from a typical High Street kebab takeaway but all the better for that difference - dropped one star on service but only because they were absurdly busy which is a sign of their popularity, which in turn is a reflection of their quality. Beautifully marinated and cooked chicken shish, oven roasted, best pita bread I've ever had and great selection of salad and sauces - plus what I can only describe as the best roast chips I've ever had. £11.35 for large chicken shish in pita. Will be returning without doubt. Kind of hard to mark a takeaway on 'atmosphere' - it was fine for the 15 minutes I was sat waiting!”

“I just got back from ordering from this place. And I have to say the staff was friendly and helpful. Even though it took a little longer than expected, they still treated me with care and respect. I didn’t mind the long wait since the pizza here is definitely worth it. If you want big pizza for affordable prices, this is your best choice. They even gave me a free drink for my patience.”

“[SHORT VERSION] One of the best Japanese food we’ve had in London. Prices were MORE than reasonable and the portions are big. You should eat here. [LONG VERSION] The Food: We first had the Yuzu Yellowtail Tiradito. The first mouthful me and my partner had, we looked at each other and said, this sort of flavours could be easily served in fine dining restaurants. Very complex sweet, sour, and a small beautiful hint of spiciness to it and then the yellowtail tasted so fresh. Not one bit of slimy/fishy smell or flavour to it. We then had the mixed tempura. There was no usual dipping sauce and we thought it was a bit sad, but when we had our first bite, it was so crunchy and tasty that too much sauce would ruin it. You could really taste the freshness of the prawn. My partner and I think that proper japanese chefs pay attention to detail, so we check how they prepare their food, and they delivered. The tails of the prawns were completely clean with no black marks at all and the vegetables were so fresh too. We also had the pork katsu curry, which had the entire bowl covered with the pork cutlet and a really powerful japanese curry sauce(very flavourful)[no photo as someone took a better one that does justice to it]. The Chef and the Place: To be honest, I found out about this restaurant passing by it early morning(it was closed) on our to the bus stop, and I checked the reviews(high). I thought we would drop by later that night. They said that they don’t do reservations as it is really a small place(mainly takeaways), with bar like setting(stools lined up along the window and along where the chef prepares sushi) and 1 small table on the side. We went in later for dinner and were surprised that there wasn’t a single Japanese staff in the place, I even looked outside to check if we were in the right place. So we’re like, ok let’s just order, we’re here already and as soon as we tasted the food, we loved it. We talked to this Sri Lankan chef and asked how the hell his food tasted this good and we all had a good laugh. He’s been in the Japanese Fine dining field for 25 years and he wanted to start his own little restaurant serving cheap but high quality food. We spent 2 hours talking about Japanese food, and how they store, prepare, and present their food. They even showed us that they use only the highest quality ingredients all the way down to the salt they use for the sushi. These guys are lovely human beings and they are also highly skilled in what they do and they need the recognition. Thank you for the lovely meal. It was a pleasure meeting you guys. P.S. “Searched from Google map then first time try the Chinese restaurant in London, turn out we are so lucky. The food is authentic with great taste, the service team is nice and warm welcoming, the overall environment is bright, clean and cozy. We arrived around 7pm on Friday and the large dinning area were packed so we were invited to eat in the inner separated room, so happy! I will definitely recommend you to have a try the food here!”

“My partner took me here and we had a very nice meal. The food was all tasty and cooked fresh for our order. The service was really friendly and relaxed and we were not made to feel like we should not order more food. The starters we had were nice, but give the chicken satay a miss as it wasn’t super flavourful. The crispy seaweed is good. Wonton soup good. Pakchoi was nice and I had it with rice and a beef dish which was good. Then had desserts which were also yummy. I had a nice meal, thought food and service was good and I would go back. I have seen some negative reviews and do in a way agree the price point is quite high for buffet, but I thought the quality was definitely better than a buffet and it’s nice to be able to choose exactly what you want.”

“Been going here for over 28 years and always good food at good prices. We've tried almost everything, except seafood, and it's been very good. This isn't a high end restaurant so you need to set your expectations that this is a take away which fill you up. So if you want some good food at good prices, this is the place. Service is a generally good, but if you end up with one of the 'more mature' servers you may need to be a bit patient. Don't think they've ever got the order wrong which is also pretty amazing. It's a small take away so not really any atmosphere. Parking outside is limited and you need to pay before 6pm. If you are driving you may be able to stop on a yellow line and send someone in to collect it. Or park behind the station (free for 10 or 20 mins) or in Morrisons (2 hour limit). There is a disabled parking spot on the other side of the road, almost opposite it but not exactly opposite.”
