Heidi was offered an earlier appointment than arranged, I had in my initial call explained her circumstances and how keen I was for her to get an appointment! “Well what can I say. I brought Dodger here for the first time this morning, upon entering we were greeted by the receptionist/cafe worker, nikki I think? She was absolutely lovely, very welcoming, booked us in. She was very attentive to Dodger. Emma the groomer came through, and she was so bubbly, friendly and explained the procedure as it was Dodgers very first grooming experience. He was so happy to walk away with emma, after 5 minutes (Nikki?) Gave me a update, and said Dodger is very happy and is giving cuddles to everyone. The cafe area is small and intimate but clean welcoming and I had a lovely coffee. After the treatment Dodger came out so happy, and was treated to a doggy ice cream! He didn't want to leave the shop! Thank you all so much for a brilliant first treatment, we will definitely be back Dodger smelt absolutely wonderful. His paws and leg hair is exactly how we wanted it. Thank you once again!!!!!!”

“The best dog groomer's, I travel a two hour round trip to this dog groomer’s as they are the best. My Shih Tzu (sadly just passed away) was quite a difficult dog however they usually managed to give him a brilliant cut. I used them when they were in Gerrards Cross and followed them to Seer Green, I then moved away but still drove to Seer Green every 7/8 weeks with Jesse. Thank you for putting up with my grumpy dog, I am so very grateful.”
